You know me and Brussels Sprouts go way back. Fried Brussels sprouts seasoned with salt, white pepper and agave was the side item for our grilled cheese truck and we were arguably more known for the Brussels sprouts than the sandwiches. Love them or loathe them? Where do you stand on team brussel sprout? I very much live on the edge. To me it depends how they are cooked. I love them to have a bit of a crunch, so I usually steam them for 4 minutes and that’s it. Working on recipes to make them as tasty as possible and WITHOUT BACON. Because that is not the answer to this baffling situation. Vegetables should sing for what they are. At least my 4 year old daughter enjoys them. Just don’t give her them boiled to oblivion. In fact don’t give them to anyone like that. 💥Tofu Muttar Saag Deliciousness💥OK the cat is out of the bag. So many of you guessed the dish I posted a couple of days ago was mattar paneer (peas and paneer) but it’s actually mattar tofu (with a little spinach thrown in for good measure). Doesn’t really matter because it was downright delicious and entirely #plantbased #eatmoreplants What’s more, the kiddos loved it too🥳 — RECIPE 💥Sauté 1/2 chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 tsp grated ginger in 1.5 tablespoons of avocado oil or ghee for 5-7 minutes 💥Add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander and 1/2 tsp Garam Masala and sauté for a minute 💥Add 1 tbsp tomato paste and sautee for a minute 💥Add 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes with their juice and stir everything together for a minute 💥Add 1 cup chopped firm tofu (use organic when possible), 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas and 1/2 cup frozen or 1 cup fresh spinach and cook, stirring well for about 2 minutes 💥Stir in salt and pepper 💥Cover the pot and cook on a low heat for 5-10 minutes until the veggies are softened to your liking 💥Adjust the salt to taste and finish with a sprinkling of ground cumin, coriander and cayenne (if you like some heat) — #spices #vegetables #vegetarian #vegan #curry #tasty #healthy #eattheworld #spiceupyourlife | #spicespicebaby

Ziemniaki kroimy na cienkie plasterki. Mieszamy z oliwa i przyprawami i układamy jeden obok drugiego na blaszcze na papierze. Pieczemy około 20-30 min w zależności od grubości plastrów.  W międzyczasie smażymy mięso i kroimy warzywa.  Cukinie kroimy w plasterki i grillujemy/smażymy lub można upiec razem z ziemniakami. . . Robimy sos: 🔸100g jogurtu naturalnego/greckiego 🔸czosnek (1 ząbek) 🔸pietruszka/koperek 🔸1/2 łyżeczki musztardy . Na talerz wykładamy ziemniaki, na nich układamy rukolę, pokrojone warzywa (dowolne) i mięso.
