Does anyone else front squat on back day??? . On some occasions, I like to start out with light front squats before training my back. This is because it gets my muscles warmed up and allows me focus on my mobility. I get a nice stretch on my wrist and hips as well as lots of activation on my lats. If you haven’t thrown in front squats on back day, I highly recommend it. 💪🏼💙. . Front squats 10x5 . BB Row 10x DB reverse fly 10x Wide grip pulls-up failure ~5 rounds~ . (We like to warm that core up in the beginning before getting in to our circuit of the day) 1️⃣20 each side | Slow bicycle kicks 2️⃣15 each side | Low Plank Dumbbell Pushes 3️⃣20 each side | Seated Over and Backs . Circuit of the day: Leg/booty/shoulder emphasis: 1️⃣12 each side | Side Lunge to Curl, to Press 2️⃣15 each side | Curtsy Lunge to Squat 3️⃣15 reps | 1 and 3/4 squats to press 4️⃣20 each side | Jumping Lunges 5️⃣25 reps | Jump Squats To your best ability, finish each circuit straight through with zero to little rest. BEFORE you start your new years resolutions, think about them long and hard and evaluate them based on difficulty and practicality⬇️ - If you’re currently setting a new year’s goal that is TOO EASY to achieve then what’s the point in even calling it a resolution, just for the recognition? Make it difficult. Make it so you must put in hard work every single day to change your mental or physical condition. Who thinks they must re-evaluate their goals/resolutions now? - To add onto this, make them so they actually are achievable; difficult but achievable. Really push your own boundaries and force yourself outside of that box. Remind yourself of the “why” and what steps you must take to properly succeed - Am I the only one who thinks this way??
