It's so common to think that we have to worry constantly about something in order to do it right. It is almost second nature to assume that if we are anxious and fearful, we will be scared into behaving the right way.⠀ ⠀ This is not how this works. Real growth fundamentally changes who we are. We don't have to worry about forgetting the lesson because the lesson is embedded into a shift in character. We behave differently, we think differently, we show up differently. When we have truly grown from our experiences, we don't have to be scared anymore.
Real growth is when you look the same as you always have, but now you see that person as perfect, and exactly who they are meant to be. ⠀ ⠀ Real growth is when you have what you've always had, but now it is enough. Real growth is when you stop trying to control situations, and start managing your reactions to them. Real growth is when really nothing around you has changed, and yet everything within you has. ⠀ ⠀ It's not about waiting until the moment that you have the best of everything, it's about becoming the kind of person who can see the best in anything.
✨💖✨ I’ve received some very sweet messages over the years from girls who were inspired to start pole dancing after seeing my posts about it. Im always hesitant posting pole pics and videos, but I’m so glad that I have because I’ve helped to open the door for others whom have also fallen in love with pole dancing 😊 Yes, many initially perceive pole dancing in the taboo way, but that all changes when you spin on the pole for the first time, when you nail a nemesis move for the first time, when you walk in Pleasers for the first time. 🙂 it’s an incredible workout that makes me feel confident and radiant 💖 and it’s ok if it’s not your thing! But it’s def my thing ☺️
