Dzień dobry w środę🥰 Gyros z kurczaka z przepyszną sałatką grecką i frytkami😋 Uwielbiam takie smaki🥰 Pięknego popołudnia😍  Składniki: 500g piersi z kurczaka, 1 łyżeczka suszonego czosnku, 1 łyżeczka papryki słodkiej i ostrej, 1 łyżeczka przyprawy gyros bez dodatku soli, 1 łyżeczka oregano, tymianku, pół łyżeczki sol, 4 łyżki oliwy.  Wszystkie składniki na marynatę wrzucić do miski i wymieszać. Kurczaka pokroić w kostkę. Przełożyć do miski z marynata i wymieszać. Odstawić na pół godziny. Patelnie rozgrzać wrzucić mięso i usmażyć aż kurczak się zarumieni. HEALTHY vs HEALTHY😬😬 (read this caption!) ⠀ ⠀ Let me just say that I am a BIG FAN of eating HEALTHY FOOD (of course😂). However, trying to reach any fitness goal (fat loss/muscle gain) by simple “eating healthy” can be a frustrating journey.. 😩 ⠀ ⠀ Explain? 10 years ago I didn’t know a single thing about calories or macronutrients. Zero. So when I tried to go on a diet, and tried to lose some weight, I would just start “eating healthy”. So I would cut out (what I thought was) unhealthy foods like bread, candy, chocolate etc. And only eat foods labeled as “healthy” (😭) ⠀ ⠀ Guess what? It didn’t work. I didn’t lose any weight. So it was basically what I call a lose-lose situation (opposite of win-win🤪). Because I didn’t get to eat the foods I enjoyed (🍕🍫) and it didn’t even make me lose weight. ⠀ ⠀ Fast forward a few years and I started learning about calories and macros. And the fact that I could fit some chocolate or some ice-cream into my otherwise healthy diet and still lose weight.🤯🤯 because total caloric intake IS the number 1 thing that controls weight-management (Not if the food is “healthy” or “unhealthy”). ⠀ ⠀ So to wrap up this reaaaally long caption (sorry) I want to say that HEALTH matters a lot. But when it comes to losing weight, there has to be an understanding of calories. Because as you can see in the picture there can be a big difference of calories in two foods even though they’re both “healthy” !! ⠀ ⠀ If you read till here then I freakin love you! Bonsoir à tous !! 🥗🥗🥗 İyi akşamlar!! Türkçesini yorum kısmına birazdan bırakıyorum güzel kardeşlerim 🥗  Petite salade césar savoureuse et croquante en entrée (l’une de mes anciennes recettes coup de cœur ❤️) Personne ne pourra refuser ce grand classique même vos Monsieurs et jeunes enfants .. Soit présentée dans un grand plats soit individuellement façon Şükran.. Ingrédients 🥗🥗🥗 🥗pour les croûtons : 3/4 pain de mie ou autres ( moi perso 1/4 de pide turc j'ai utilisé ) avec une cuillère à soupe d'huile et un peu de thym 🥗1 blanc de poulet ( facultatif pour ceux qui n'aiment pas trop peuvent le supprimé) 🥗 une belle salade romaine ( pour son côté croquant) sinon autres verdures 🥗 Pour la sauce : 🥗 1 gousse d'ail 🥗 1 belle cuillère à soupe de mayonnaise(bien remplie) 🥗 le jus d’1 citron 🥗 6/7 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive ( et pour allégé le tout vous pouvez ajouter 2 cuillères à soupe d'eau) 🥗 sel, poivre 🥗 1 cuillère à soupe de parmesan moulu (selon vous) 🥗Pour garnir: des copeaux de parmesan(facultatif) 🥗 Quelques tomates cerises Coupez le pain en petit dé en cuire avec un peu d'huile dans un poêle ( jusqu'à ce qu'elle devienne bien doré et croquante) . Coupez le blanc de poulet en fine lamelle ,versez une à 2 cuillère à soupe d'huile dans une poêle, posez votre poulet, ajoutez le sel ,poivre et thym et bien cuire . Lavez , essorez votre salade, coupez là finement ( ou autrement comme vous le désirer ) Préparez la sauce, dans un bol pressez une gousse d'ail, ajoutez la mayo , l'huile, citron sel et poivre. Terminez avec le parmesan moulu et surtout bien mélangez. 🥗🥗🥗 Pour le dressage , posez les salades. D'abord versez la sauce ensuite posez les croûtons et le poulet . Pour finalisez, garnir avec les copeaux de parmesan et tomates ( selon vous) Voilà , bonne app pour celles qui le testeront !! . . . #bismillah #salade #salad #sain

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard, “I just had a salad!” from people who are trying to tidy up their diets and eat better. Unfortunately, not all salads are created equal! ⁣ ⁣ Yes, you can absolutely eat a salad that’s very low calorie. But beware of the big salads with lots of delicious, crunchy, deep-fried toppings… the calorie content may shock you! It’s not uncommon for restaurant salads in particular to contain over 1,000 Calories when you factor in the dressing, croutons, avocado/guacamole, etc. which is oftentimes more than a burger. ⁣ ⁣ You’re better off creating your own salad and being mindful of what goes into it. . سلام خوبین؟ چه خبرا ؟😍 امروز دوتا سالاد راحت و خوشمزه بهتون پیشنهاد می‌کنم که خیلی مناسبن برای شب یلدا.  سالاد اول: کلم بنفش، انار و  لبوی پخته و خرد شده(بهتره اندازه انار و ریز خرد بشه ) و گردوی خرد شده. برای سسش هم مایونز و ماست چکیده یا یونانی با کمی آویشن و‌ یه ریزه نمک. نسبت انار و کلم تقریبا یکی و لبو کمی کمتره.  سالاد دوم: کلم بروکلی، انار، سیب سبز یا قرمز(من از هر دو ریختم)، هویج و‌ گردو(اگه گردو‌ نداشتین از این مغزای تخمه آفتابگردون بریزین توش). همه مواد رو ریز و نگینی خرد کنید برای سس: ماست چکیده، یه کم مایونز، کمی روغن زیتون بدون بو، چاشنی سالاد و فلفل و نمک  بهتره سس‌ها نیم تا یک ساعت قبل از سرو سالاد‌ها باهاشون مخلوط بشن. با این که ساده هستن خیلی خیلی خوش‌خوراکن.  نوشیدنی‌ هم مخلوط آب پرتقال تازه و آب هویج هست.  خونگی و خوشمزه و مفید😍 .  جای همتونم چی؟ سبز💚 . .
