TARTA REALFOODER DE CHOCOLATE . . 📝 Ingredientes: . 🔸50 gr aceite de coco 🔸120 gr avellana 🔸60 gr dátil 🔸300 gr calabaza 🔸150 gr chocolate 90% 🔸Almendra picada 🔸1 caqui muy maduro . 👉 Preparación: . - Echamos el aceite de coco en un vaso y calentamos 1 minuto en el microondas. Lo trituramos junto con los dátiles y las avellanas. - Extendemos la mitad de esta mezcla en la base del molde de manera que quede compacta. (la otra mitad la dejaremos para la parte de encima). - Asamos o cocinamos al vapor la calabaza (yo la he cocinado el el Lekue 5 min. en el microondas). Añadimos el chocolate para que se funda con el calor de la calabaza y trituramos ambos ingredientes hasta que quede una mezcla homogénea. - Vertemos en el molde encima de la base. Refrigeramos un poco para que sea más fácil poner la otra mitad de la base encima. - Ponemos la otra mitad de la base. Luego habrá que volcar el molde así que no pasa nada si no queda perfecto porque se verá encima la otra parte. - Metemos en el frigorífico durante varias horas hasta que se enfríe. Luego lo desmoldamos en un plato. - Para hacer la mermelada de caqui tan solo hay que cortarlo y triturarlo con la batidora (más o menos en función de si se quiere con cachos de fruta o no). Luego se pone en una cazuela al fuego y se va moviendo hasta que coja la consistencia de mermelada. - Decoramos por encima con mermelada de caqui y espolvoreamos almendras picadas. . . CARROT CHIA BFAST PUDDING 😏🥕💫 hands down one of the easiest recipes to sneak in a serve of veggies. it’s packed with with brain boosting healthy fats, plant protein, vitamin A & fibre.. with zero added sugar 💯 plus it’s quick to make, too! in a bowl, mix: 3 tbsp @thechiaco chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton) 1 finely grated carrot 1/2 a mashed banana 1 scoop @nuzest vanilla protein powder cinnamon + nutmeg — refrigerate for at least 1 hour/ overnight. i topped mine with greek yoghurt, homemade buckwheat granola + banana, berries, tahini + coconut chips! CALABACÍN RELLENO . . 📝 Ingredientes (2 raciones): . 🔸1 calabacín delgado y largo 🔸1 cebolleta 🔸1 cucharada de harina a tu gusto 🔸1/2 vaso de leche (125 ml) 🔸1 lata de atún en aceite o al natural 🔸Sal 🔸Pimienta negra molida 🔸AOVE 🔸Queso (rallado) . 👉 Preparación: . - Corta el calabacín a lo largo y haz unos cortes en el centro para  que se cocine antes. Echa también un poco de sal y mete al microondas  tapado,  Deja a máxima potencia durante 4 minutos. - Pasado este tiempo comprueba si la carne del calabacín está tierna  pero la cáscara aún esta consistente. Si no deja uno o dos minutos más. - Mientras corta la cebolleta en cuadradillos pequeños. En una sartén  amplia pon 2 cucharadas de aceite y sofríe la cebolleta hasta que esté pochada. Yo la hago a fuego vivo y dejo que se dore ligeramente. - Saca los calabacines del micro y vacíales  con ayuda de una cuchara o de un sacabolas si lo tienes. - Trocea la carne que has sacado y añádela a la sartén. Da unas vueltas y ponle sal y pimienta. - Agrega ahora la harina, remueve y añade la leche. De esta manera  harás una especie de crema. Si ves que queda demasiado espeso pon un  poquito más de leche. - Apaga el fuego y echa el atún una vez escurrido. Mezcla bien y rellena con esta crema las cáscaras vacías del calabacín. Cubre con queso rallado y gratina en el grill a 220º durante unos  3 minutos o hasta que esté dorado. . . POLLO TANDORI . . 📝 Ingredientes: . 🔸Muslos de pollo 🔸Yogur natural 🔸1 diente de ajo 🔸Sal 🔸Pimentón dulce 🔸Pimentón picante 🔸Comino molido 🔸Clavos de olor 🔸Nuez moscada 🔸Canela molida 🔸Pimienta negra 🔸Ralladura de piel de naranja 🔸Naranja exprimida . 👉 Preparación: . - Primero hacemos la mezcla de todas las especias. - Quitamos la piel de los muslos de pollo y los dejamos en un bol cubiertos con el marinado y tapado durante toda la noche en la nevera. - Al día siguiente los sacamos de la nevera 1 hora antes para que se atemperen y hornear a 200°C durante 45 minutos. Los últimos minutos gratinar para que la carne se quede doradita. - Acompañar con cous cous. . . Simple SESAME ASIAN SALMON, CUCUMBER SALAD and TWO INGREDIENT TAHINI SAUCE! • • Deets: mandolin cucumber slices, drizzled with coconut aminos, lemon juice, sesame seeds and mustard seeds. Wild salmon steak: patted dry, seasoned with salt and pepper, then seared over medium heat in cast iron in a mixture of coconut and sesame oil (3:1 ratio) for about 5 minutes per side. When you flip it, add some coconut aminos and crushed garlic to the pan for some extra flavor and caramelization. Tahini sauce: Mix together 2 tablespoons  tahini with 2 teaspoons coconut aminos (add water if you want it thinner). Garnish everything with fresh cilantro. . . QUICHE DE ACELGAS, POLLO, GORGONZOLA Y PERA . . 📝 Ingredientes para la masa: . 🔸125 gr de harina integral 🔸50 gr de agua caliente 🔸25 gr de AOVE 🔸Una pizca de sal 🔸Pimentón dulce 🔸Orégano . 📝 Ingredientes para el relleno: . 🔸300 gr de acelgas 🔸80 gr de pollo cocinado deshilachado 🔸50 gr de gorgonzola 🔸1 diente de ajo 🔸1 yogur 🔸3 huevos 🔸1/2 cebolla 🔸1/2 pera 🔸1 cdta mostaza 🔸Pimienta negra . 👉 Preparación: . - Mezclar todos los ingredientes de la masa hasta obtener una bola homogénea. Aplanar la masa y ponerla en un molde. - Picar y saltear la cebolla con el ajo. Aclarar las hojas de acelgas, cortarlas y añadirlas en la sartén. Añadir la mostaza y cocer hasta que se reduzcan las acelgas. - Repartir las acelgas, el pollo, la pera y el gorgonzola sobre la masa. - En un bol batir los huevos con el yogur, añadir pimienta negra al gusto. TARTAR TEMPLADO DE QUINOA CON AGUACATE Y MELVA . . 📝 Ingredientes (2 raciones): . 🔸1/2 taza de quinoa blanca lavada 🔸1 taza y media de agua 🔸1 aguacate 🔸5 ajos negros 🔸Conserva de melva en AOVE 🔸1 limón . 👉 Preparación: . - Lavar y cocer la quinoa en agua con los ajos negros picaditos unos 15-20 minutos, moverla para que se mezcle bien el ajo. - Mientras se hace la quinoa desmenuza la melva y corta el aguacate. - Coloca aros en los platos, rellena el tartar, primero la quinoa apretadita, después el aguacate con un chorro de limón y por último la melva desmenuzada. - Un toque de perejil y listo. . . Te apuntas? . . . . 🍒Cheesecake saludable de frutos del bosque, sin horno‼️. ▪️Base: .  20 galletas integrales trituradas  1/2 taza de mantequilla sin sal derretida. . . .  Tritura y unifica todo. Compacta la mezcla en el molde, refrigera y reserva muestras preparas el relleno. . . . . ▪️Relleno: . .  125grs de yogurt natural 1 tarrina de queso crema light 1/3 taza de mermelada de frutos rojos casera o comercial sin azúcar  8 láminas Gelatina neutra 1 cucharada de Esencia de vainilla Stevia al gusto. . . . .  Primero pon en remojo las láminas de gelatina con un poco de agua.  Procesa y unifica todos los ingredientes. . .  Sirve sobre la mezcla sobre la base, agrega un poco de mermelada y refrigera nuevamente hasta que cuaje. . . 🕒Un par de horas serán suficientes.  YUUUUUUMMMM👅. . . . . ▪️Para la mermelada: procesa 1 taza de frutos del bosque + 4 láminas de gelatina hidratadas +stevia. The holiday season means egg nog and I have a healthy version that you will love! This Paleo Dairy Free Egg Nog is thick, creamy, a little sweet, and so easy to make. Only 6 simple ingredients and a little stove top cooking and you have this delicious drink. It has no alcohol in it so it’s totally kid friendly, but I’m sure it would be good with alcohol added if that’s your thing. Mother Nature made some pretty cool gluten free products without the packaging, labelling health claims, marketing campaigns to boost sales or strike a fear, need or requirement! —— These naturally free from products are cheaper, just as easy if not quicker to cook and calorie lighter! —— I am all for including some gluten free products in our food choices. I think the plant protein based food options in this field are great. —— There are so many vegetables out there which could be spiralized. It should not just stop at courgettes / zucchini’s. Think beetroot, butternut squash, carrot, sweet potato, potato, parsnip, celeriac etc! —— Think outside the box. And if you think you need fibre from these kind of starchy products such as grain or grain free pasta alternatives you should probably increase your actual plant sources from berries, all the greens, nightshades, fungi and fruits we have. Thank goodness it’s Friday and very much looking forward to the weekend! After a busy day and a busy week I haven’t had much time to make my food look pretty so I’m throwing it back to this colorful plate of goodness. Lentils with a fried egg 🍳, avocado 🥑, tomato 🍅, steamed spinach 🍃and half a sweet potato 🍠. I would love to be eating this right about now 😋. I hope you’re having a great day!
