🤔 If I asked 100 people If they wanted to be rich...I would get 100 YES’S. Now if I asked the same 100 people if they wanted to live a mediocre life they would all say NO. If I asked them if they wanted to feel SUCCESSFUL they would all say YES. If I asked them if they wanted to feel AVERAGE, UNHAPPY, or REGRETFUL they would all say NO. So why is it that only 1-2% create the life that they truly want? Why are most people living below average financially, spiritually, and in their #relationships? 🤯 It’s because most people are conditioned since birth to conform to the status quo. It’s because most people settle for short-term comforts over long-term benefits. It’s because most people lower their standards and chase “instant gratification” because they are mentally weak instead of sacrificing for what they truly want and deserve. Their environment, their parents, their teachers, their church, their friends on social media, their government...all helped condition this backwards broken #mindset. Everyone deserves success Everyone deserves to be treated fairly Everyone deserves happiness Everyone deserves a ribbon Well I call 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐓 💩 and I blame the system we were raised in. Today...with all the technology, connectivity, resources, #knowledge, and access to mentors we have ZERO excuses and have to re-condition our mindsets at ALL COSTS. The #truth is business is war and you have to suit up and go to battle every single day if you want results. No one is going to just hand you your dreams. It’s up to you to go and create them. You have one life to live. One shot at life. Will you allow 2020 to be the same or worse off than 2019? Will you allow others to “steer your ship?” Or will you take back #control and do what needs to be done in order to get REAL LASTING RESULTS🤑? It’s time to stop wasting time
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving full of family and delicious food! Take this time to reflect on all the blessings and people in your life. Don’t forget to let them know how much you love them ❤️

Don’t be afraid to take CONTROL of your life. Everyone reading this post has the capability to do something great with their life. You just have to start exercising that power. That’s when your life unlocks.
Exercise increases your overall health and your sense of well-being, which puts more pep in your step every day. But exercise also has some direct stress-busting benefits. It pumps up your endorphins. Physical activity helps bump up the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. Although this function is often referred to as a runner's high, a rousing game of tennis or a nature hike also can contribute to this same feeling. It's meditation in motion. After a fast-paced game of racquetball or several laps in the pool, you'll often find that you've forgotten the day's irritations and concentrated only on your body's movements. As you begin to regularly shed your daily tensions through movement and physical activity, you may find that this focus on a single task, and the resulting energy and optimism, can help you remain calm and clear in everything you do. It improves your mood. Regular exercise can increase self-confidence, it can relax you, and it can lower the symptoms associated with mild depression and anxiety. Exercise can also improve your sleep, which is often disrupted by stress, depression and anxiety. All of these exercise benefits can ease your stress levels and give you a sense of command over your body and your life. — www.mayoclinic.org 🎥 by @christophermalcolmphotography HMU @helenparkmakeupdesign #kettlebellswings#crossfitgirls#crossfit#crossfitter#hapa#strongwomen#woodlandhills#healthymind#healthymindandbody#stressrelief#sweat#personaltrainer#therapy#workhard#stayconsistent#putinthework
Don't fall prey to the "I'd be happy if only ______ or if only I had _______" game. Learn to appreciate EVERYTHING in your life, the good and the bad, the wins and the challenges, your biggest fans and most angry haters. It's ALL part of your wonderful life and unique to you. And it's up to you to learn how to craft your story and share it. Do something this weekend you would consider 'boring' or a 'waste of time' even for 15 mins and just embrace it. Learn to be present and grateful for the heat or the cold. The hustle or the calm. Get yourself corrected.
How much work does it take to live the life you want? How many hours do you have to put in? How many calls do you have to make? How many emails do you have to send? The answer: WHATEVER IT TAKES. There’s no timeframe for for success, you simply do all you can with what you have and live with the result 💯
