Embrace your inner child! ⛄️ I feel like a lot of people forget how to play. Being goofy and silly is one of the many joys in life. Play is an amazing way to create endorphins and a fun type of self care. Don’t let your ego hold you back from jumping for joy or going sledding. Live a little, life’s too short. ❄️ P.S. it’s perfect snowman making snow today. #snow#snowman#selfcare#innerchild#winter#play#fun#happiness#ontario#canada#mentalhealth

English / Spanish (Español en el primer comentario) . I just couldn't believe that this was happening again. It's an honor for me to have received this award twice. Actually, when I arrived to Canada, I knew this was going to be a nice time, but I was away of the reallity. Everithing have been better than I had imagined. Every time someone ask me if I regret this desicion, I always say this is the best change I had gave to my life. My English skills have increased more than I imagined, but I have even been learning more than a lenguage. . To start, Canada culture has taught me to respect. It've been incredible to me to see how people are custom to everything because a synonym of Canada could be diversity. To respect to people for how they are, and to respect the rules wherever as well. . Next, I learned that always there is a solution for everything, because Canadians are always ready to help us. Everyday arrive new people from worldwide to this country, so most of residents are pacients with us even if we do not speak English well. Also, our teachers cannot be more helpfull. All of them are so kind. . Finally, I have been making friends from over 12 other countries. Everyone of them are very different, but I learn from their cultures and from their knowlodge. Even, I learn some words from their lenguages, and I also teach them from mine. The best part of this experience is to collect awesome memories with people arrond the world. . In general, When you enjoy every second doing something, you will only get good things. Every woke up early, every hard test, and the long time on the bus everyday is worth it if you learn to enjoy it. I'm still not sure if I'm already done with EAP, but this has been the best study time I've ever had. I had GREAT teachers, wonderful classmates and countless beautiful memories. I'll never forget EAP ♥ . . Photo by: the best photographer @sergioalejo19 . . @niagaracollege @ncinternational 💙 . #niagaracollege#nc

🎅🎄 Coming Soon: from @argenel - There's something fascinating about snow that reminds people of their youth and the fun times spent playing outdoors. ☃️ Do you love the snow? #niagaraonthelake#niagaraparks

Caption from @aleksandraontour - Although I’m from Canada, this is the first picture on my feed where I am in Canada! The Gooderham building in Toronto was constructed in 1891 and is associated with the Gooderham family who founded Toronto’s distillery in 1837. If you travel to Toronto you need to visit The Distillery District which is home to some great galleries, restaurants, and shops. Have you been to Toronto? -
