30 Min Pesto Penne w/ Chicken n Cherry Tomatoes 😍🍗🍅 TAG A FRIEND 😋 📷: @thefoodcharlatan👌 Check out @organicallyca for daily recipes 🍏 ---- Ingredients 🍱: 1 tablespoon salt⠀ 16 ounces penne pasta⠀ 16 ounces French cut frozen green beans, unthawed⠀ 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin⠀ 3/4 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt⠀ 1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning⠀ olive oil⠀ 3/4 cup mayonaisse⠀ 1/4 cup pesto⠀ 1 and 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar⠀ 1/2 teaspoon salt⠀ 1/4 teaspoon pepper⠀ 1 box cherry tomatoes, sliced in half⠀ 1/4 cup Parmesan, shredded⠀ more Parmesan, for garnish - DIRECTIONS 👩‍🍳:⠀ Bring a large pot of water to boil, adding about a tablespoon of salt. When the water is boiling, add the penne and set a timer for 5 minutes.⠀ After 5 minutes, add the frozen green beans. You don't have to use the whole bag, it's up to you. Set another timer for 4 minutes. When it is done, drain completely and return to the pot. If it's going to be a while before you add the sauce, stir in a couple teaspoons of oil.⠀ Meanwhile, prepare the chicken. Slice each breast into thin strips, pat dry, and season with Lawry's. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add oil to coat the pan, 1-2 teaspoons. When the oil shimmers, add a few of the chicken strips. Make sure there is space in between. We want them to brown, not steam. After 2 minutes flip the chicken over and cook for one more minute or until browned. Continue until all the chicken is cooked. Set aside on a cutting board and let rest. Once it has cooled a bit, chop into bite-size strips.⠀ In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, pesto, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Slice the tomatoes and shred the Parmesan. When the pasta is drained, add the sauce, tomatoes, Parmesan, and chopped chicken. Stir it up. I hope you all have a wonderful wednesday 😘 . #whatsonmyplate: two baked egg clouds (separate whites from yolks, then beat whites in a mixer until they become fluffy. grease a baking sheet with some @chosenfoods avocado oil and form whites into two “clouds” leaving a well in the centre for the yolks later on. bake the whites at 450F for 3 minutes, then add the yolks and bake for another 2-3 min! paired with avocado slices sprinkled with @manitobaharvest hemp hearts, and roasted sweet potatoes (baked at 425F for 30 min, flipping halfway!)

Hi babes! 👋🏼 So many of you lovelies have asked what I eat in a day now that my calorie load 🚐has increased ⏫ I'm 16 weeks, or 4 months and in the ✌🏼 trimester which means I now add 🤩 an additional 340 calories to my daily intake. This is a glimpse of what I typically eat in a day, some days more, some less depending on what my bod wants. I've never listened 👂🏼 harder to my body more than I do now, because as many mama 🐻s know, when you're pregnant you ain't living alone anymore, you need to bump up your fuel ⛽️ BUT the old school way of thinking eating for 2️⃣is not correct. I eat for 1.075 🤣Feel free to ask me anything! @laila.foods kindly sent me some of their ‘plant power’ range the other day which included some split pigeon peas (aka toor dal), so I decided to try making a Dahl! Who wants to start their day off with these flourless and simple muffins! . 📝 Ingredients (12 servings) * 9 bananas * 1 ½ cups nut butter, of choice * ½ cup cocoa powder * 1 ½ cups blueberry . 👩‍🍳 Preparation 1.
