Believe it or not, it’s certainly not for my own validation! We are all in this together, and my desire is to inspire others! If this forty-something year old mom, wife, and full-time teacher can do it, YOU can to!
I think back to my entire 20’s & 30’s...yo-yo dieting, quick fix fads, pills, drops... you name it, I probably did it! I frequented the gym and then went through periods of hardly any activity at all.🚫 That girl needed some direction & community around her. She needed someone to say stop being so hard on yourself! - If someone had showed me that I could feel energetic and strong while maintaining a healthy weight range being dialed into leading first with heart, for only 30 minutes a day - I would have signed up on the spot. 🙋🏻♀️No questions asked.
So this post is to serve you...To tell you that you’re worth it and capable of things beyond your heart’s wildest dreams.😉💕
