Popped to Grosvenor square the other day to see the rose installation called Ever After Garden. The square has been filled with over 27,000 glowing roses representing lost friends and family. Anyone can plant roses in memory of their loved ones they have lost, for a small fee that goes into charity.
Got back home from a lovely evening with friends and just to make sure I’m getting the point across I thought I’d use this caption to remind everyone there’s an election tomorrow (last time I mention this, promise!) and not to waste your vote. If I post in the morning, it might be too late! . I’m not going to tell you who to vote for (though I bloody hope it’s not Boris 😂😭) but if you’re registered please do get out there! Go before work, after work, on your lunch, on a coffee break - whenever!! If you’re still undecided, have a quick google and educate yourself on the basics. Maybe my stories will help? . Anyway goodnight and let’s do this.✨ #generalelection2019

After many days of heavy rain, the rivers tend to be more visible in the naked landscape. You can almost hear the water flowing in this one. Can you spot the person in the picture? | Photo by @dompuerta #faroeislands#visitfaroeislands
Bucket list moment ✔️✌️🦊 . I've wanted to visit the wild islands of Komodo for ages, and finally did it! Komodo Dragons are the largest lizards on our planet. They rest most of the time, only becoming active when they're hungry! 🦎 These magnificent beasts are listed as vulnerable due to loss of habitat and poaching. 😣🗺️
Day 3 of my trek in Nepal took me to Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital and the most amazing little town I’ve ever been to. 🥰 ~ Built into the hillside at 3440m ⛰you would expect a quiet little village, but Namche is far from quiet. The streets are filled with shops, cafes, tea rooms ☕️ and of course, cows and yaks! 🐮 There is such a buzz about the place as it’s filled with trekkers and altitude sickness hasn’t quite got a hold of anyone yet, so energy levels are still relatively high. 🎉 ~ This was taken on my second day in Namche Bazaar which is classed as a ‘rest day’, but it isn’t a rest day, it’s an acclimatisation day. We hiked to Khumjung at 3780m. ⛰ I found it really exhausting heading up, but the views on the way back down looking on to Namche Bazaar quickly made me forget my pain! 😍 ~ I could have sat here for hours taking it all in! Nepal you really are something special. 🇳🇵💕 xx ~ If you want to see more about the hustle and bustle of Namche Bazaar then click on the ‘Namche Bazaar’ highlight in my bio. 👆🏼
