🤔🤔🤔What are you doing to overload your technical training? Being technically sound in front of a wall won’t necessarily transfer over to a game; where new angles are introduced, passes are coming at variable speeds, heights, etc. Once you feel comfortable in front of a wall, try to find ways to make it harder and more challenging (overload). 🔍In this drill demonstrated by Matt and Coach Darion, notice the direction of Matt’s first touch. He is able to make all of these passes in 2 touches because his 1st touch is directional to where he needs to go.
