STRAWBERRIES VS. BANANAS by @apfau - If you enjoy my content, make sure to follow me, @fitness_lovers_point for daily fitness content 😁. - I’m not saying bananas must be avoided when cutting and strawberries have to be avoided when bulking. You can eat both of these no matter what your goal is. However, strawberries are more “cut friendly” since you can eat a large quantity of them without consuming too many calories whereas bananas are more “bulk friendly” since they are significantly more calorie dense than strawberries. Berries are one of the lowest calorie per gram fruits whereas bananas are one of the highest. - For 100 calories, you could eat about 300 grams of strawberries whereas to eat the same 100 calories from a banana, it would be about 100 grams. That means you can eat 3 times the amount of strawberries as bananas for the same calories. If you’re trying to lose weight and you’re hungry, strawberries make a more satisfying, calorie friendly option. CHICKEN WITH SPINACH IN CREAMY PARMESAN SAUCE 😋⠀ By @eatwell101⠀ ~⠀ Chicken with Spinach and Tomato in Creamy Parmesan Sauce – An easy one-pan dish that will wow the entire family for dinner! The delicious parmesan sauce is creamy and buttery with an irresistible garlicky flavor. Keto and low-carb friendly, and ready in just 25 minutes!⠀ .⠀ Serves: 2⠀ INGREDIENTS:⠀ 2 chicken breasts⠀ 3 tablespoons butter, divided⠀ Salt and pepper to taste⠀ 1 teaspoon oregano⠀ 1 medium onion, minced⠀ 4 cloves garlic, minced⠀ 1 small jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained from oil and chopped⠀ 1/2 cup chicken broth⠀ 1/2 cup heavy cream (half-n-half or coconut milk for healthier option)⠀ 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese⠀ 1 cup spinach (or more if you like)⠀ .⠀ DIRECTIONS ⠀ 1. Add spinach to the mixture and continue cooking until wilted. Add the chicken back to the pan and reheat for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley. One of my favourite curry bowls! Super flavourful and simple chickpea curry with vegetables - I deffo with I was eating this for dinner right now. The recipe will be below in the caption so save it for later, for when those comfort food cravings hit. Hope you’re all having a great Tuesday xxx  Chickpea and vegetable curry 1/2 onion, chopped 1/2 medium zucchini, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 can chickpeas 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp corn starch Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup fresh spinach Add the onion to a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Add the zucchini and bell pepper, cooking for a further 4-5 minutes on a low-medium heat. Then, add the chickpeas and the coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and cornstarch. Stir until the sauce thickens (around 2-3 minutes), stirring frequently. You are the peanut butter to my toast!  I never had nut butters growing up. It wasn’t common where I grew up or didn’t even exist. I remember the day when I first tried the peanut butter after moving to America and wondering why this savory spread was so popular here. It took me a while to really learn how to love the peanut butter. Now I can’t imagine living without it. Here is a toast with creamy @traderjoes organic peanut butter, drizzled with light date syrup. It’s one of the newer eating strategies and is getting more popular. Do I recommend it? Not really. It’s a much more advanced method than most other strategies and requires strict tracking and constant modifications along the way. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat until slightly smoking. Sear the steak for about 2 minutes per side. Rest the steak on a cutting board for 10 minutes. Slice the steak. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, eggs, avocados, cherry tomatoes, steak, and dressing. Toss the salad until evenly coated and serve. Dice the mango and place on top of the strawberries. Peel and dice the kiwi. Add into the bowl. Slice bananas and place in the bowl. Add in the blueberries. In a small bowl mix honey and lime juice. Protein Popcorn Treats (like rice crispy treats but with popcorn 🍿) #macros per square: 5p 7c 3f (76kcals) ———- RECIPE: 1) line a square pan with wax paper 2) in a large bowl, place 1 oz (~3.5cups) of popcorn (I used @smartfoodpopcorn ) 3) in a separate bowl, mix together: - 36g (~2TBSP) of melted peanut butter (I used @jifbrand natural) - 2TBSP of honey - 45g of protein powder (I used @pescience cake pop flavor - code LACEY for discount) - 60g of unsweetened applesauce (1/4cup) 4) once small bowl is mixed, add to bowl of popcorn & mix thoroughly 5) pour batter into square pan (add toppings if you’d like- I added some chocolate syrup drizzle to these) 6) freeze until hardened - about an hour or more 7) slice into squares 8) keep frozen until you eat them (they do get kind of melty after being out of the freezer for a couple hours— they still taste good but don’t hold shape) ——- ——- Enjoy!! Dziś w tą leniwą sobotę przychodzę do was z ekspresowym przepisem na naprawdę pysznego omlecika🤭 ⭐️Lista składników: -2 jajka -30g maki owsianej -banan -chlust mleka -5g kakao -odrobina proszku do pieczenia lub sody oczyszczonej ⭐️Przepis jest bardzo prosty: Suche składniki ze sobą dokładnie mieszamy. Wbijamy dwa jajka, dodajemy odrobine mleka (tak do konstystencji) i wszystko mieszamy. Po chwili do masy dodajemy pokrojonego w kostkę banana i całość jeszcze raz łączymy ze sobą. Omleta smażymy pod przykryciem na MOCNO rozgrzanej patelni i na MAŁYM ogniu z dwóch stron. Ja swojego gotowego placucha polałam czekoladowym masłem orzechowym od @nustino_com  i wyszedł przepyszny😍🍌

Guten Morgen ihr Lieben ☺️ Gestern gab es bei uns zum Abendessen 🍽 veganes Chili sin Carne 🌶 Das ist echt super lecker und kann auf jeden Fall mit der Fleisch-Variante mithalten 😍 Die ganze Portion hat nur 412 kcal, 36g Eiweiß, 33g KH und 9g Fett 📊 Rezept (2x Portionen): Zuerst habe ich 80g Sojagranulat nach Packungsanleitung zubereitet. Danach habe ich eine Zwiebel und eine Knoblauchzehe klein geschnitten und in 1 EL Olivenöl in einer beschichteten Pfanne angebraten. Dann habe ich das Sojagranulat hinzugegeben und kurz mit angebraten. Anschließend habe ich etwas Paprika- und Chilipulver hinzugegeben. Das Ganze habe ich dann mit Salz und Pfeffer gewürzt und mit zwei kleinen Dosen Tomaten (á 400g) abgelöscht. Zum Schluss habe ich noch zwei kleine Dosen Kidneybohnen (480g) hinzugegeben👌 🇬🇧 Chili Sin Carne 🌶  Recipe (2x portions): First I prepared 80g soy granulat according the package instructions. Then I chopped an onion and one garlic clove and browned them with 1 tbsp in a coated pan. Then I added the soy granulat. After that I added some paprika, Chili powder and  800g canned tomatoes.
