My walking steps history since 2017 ish. My record high was a 13000 steps averaging in December 2019. This habit of walking every since July 2019 to mid 2020 was because I gave up having a car. My daily caloric burn was good thus I stay fit while eating a lot. Aka as much as I felt and desire. But due to job/training since November 2020, I was in a chair more than half of the day :( I quickly realized my lack of energy even with plenty of sleep, well rested. I still couldn’t help adjusting myself and diet. Thus I’m going to restart my training habit and to start walking 8000+ steps per day as a goal. May this journey last till the end of the year, help me stay fit and loose fat. My goal for this year is to decrease body fat percentage to less than 12.5! 這是我過去每日走路步數的紀錄,從2019年7月到2020年7月,因為我沒有車所以走了很多路,也燃燒了大量的卡洛里數。我並不用因此減少飲食量,而且我還能吃自己喜歡的東西。大約2020年11月因為工作緣故我必須久坐。我發現自己常常沒有精神缺乏運動,也因為飲食無法改變自己而決定要重新開始每日運動的習慣。走路是一種很好的運動,不但很輕鬆不會很累,而且很容易持續。可以邊走邊聽音樂,不被場地的限制或健身房會員而無法完成目標。希望這個計劃可以持續到年底讓我增加肌肉減少脂肪。。。。。。。。。#steps #health #fitness #fit #fitnessmotivation #walking #exercise #exercises #wellness #goal #plan #healthy #運動 #健康 #走路 #計劃 #健身房 #跑步機 #健康生活 #運動不足 #減肥 #增肌 #增肌減脂

I went up five pounds from the last time I did this workout. I could feel it yet never went to failure. I can tell that I am getting stronger.
