Egg Boats🥚🧀 🍞 By @feelgoodfoodie … 📝 INGREDIENTS * 1 loaf sourdough bread * 6 eggs * 2 tablespoons milk * 2-3 tablespoons green peppers, chopped * 2-3 tablespoons mushrooms, chopped * 2-3 tablespoons red onions, chopped * 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese * Fresh parsley, for serving . 👩‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cut a rectangle shape in the top of the bread without cutting all the way through the bottom. Then scoop out the inside of the bread. 2. In medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk in the veggies and half the cheese. 3. Transfer the mixture into the hole of loaf of bread, top with remaining cheese, then place on a baking sheet. 4. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set. When it's done, top with fresh parsley, cut into slices and enjoy! . Have you made my cauli mash yet?! The weekend always has me craving savoury breakfasts and this one is an absolute favourite. Recipe below: Dice & boil 1 cup white potato. Steam 1 cup cauliflower, or boil with the potato. Drain the potatoes and mash or blend with the cauliflower, 1/2 tsp ghee, salt and pepper. So simple and delicious. Adjust quantities as needed to cater for more or prep for your week!

Les traigo una súper idea de desayuno que pueden hacer para mañana😋🍳: 2 huevos cocidos🥚🥚 + avena cocida🥣. Para los huevos si quieren que quede como en la foto, ni muy muy blandos ni tan tan duros, debemos poner en una olla agua a hervir, cuando el agua ya está hirviendo, echamos los huevos y los dejamos por exactamente 9 min; al pasar este tiempo los sacamos y los echamos en agua fría para que sea más fácil quitar la cáscara👩🏻‍🔬. Al mismo tiempo que cocinamos los huevos, hacemos la avenirris: ponemos en otra olla 3 cds de avena, 1/2🍌, 1 cdita de stevia, 1 cda de avena en polvo en un poco de agua y después de 3 min cuando se espesa servimos y agregamos los toppings, yo utilicé el otro 1/2 banano, crema de almendras @bioessens y muuuuucha canela☺️. Quienes se animan a hacer esto mañana? Going back and forth on whether it’s “only Wednesday?” or it’s “already Wednesday?” 😂🙆🏼‍♀️ before I moved to Houston, I had someone tell me to give it 90 days. 90 days to feel comfortable in my new job, a new city, new friendships, new routine. Zucchini noodle nests: Heat a little bit of oil in a skillet, add the zoodles and cook for about 2min. Using a spatula, form two little mounds, crack an egg in each (crack only the egg white in first, allow to cook for 1-2min, then add the egg yolk. This helps everything cook evenly). Remove from heat and season with EBTB seasoning and red pepper flakes😍

PIGS IN BLANKETS DIPPERS 😍. Throwback to my favourite breakfast this time of year, dippy eggs with pigs in blankets soldiers. Who agrees that pigs in blankets are the best part of Christmas dinner? 🐽 . Recipe: 🥓 Wrap chipolata sausages with half a rasher of streaky bacon each, then place on a baking tray. 🥓 Bake at 180C for 25-30 mins or until golden brown & crispy. 🥓 Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add your eggs and cook for exactly 6 minutes. This timing is for large eggs straight from the fridge so if you're using smaller or room temperature eggs then reduce the cooking time by 1 minute. 🥓 Serve & get dipping. . FESTIVE BREAKFAST MUFFIN 🎅. Parsnip & potato hash brown, cranberry sauce, stuffing, sausage patty, melted cheddar and a fried egg in a toasted English muffin 😍. Who wants to get their mouth around this? 😋 . Recipe: 🎅 Stuffing: shape 20g of stuffing into a patty and bake at 180C for 25 mins. 🎅 Sausage patty: squeeze the meat out of the casing of a sausage and re-shape into a patty. Bake alongside the stuffing (180C for 25 mins). Top with a slice of cheddar cheese 5 mins before it's cooked to allow the cheese to melt. 🎅 Parsnip & potato hash brown: grate 1/2 parsnip & 1 small potato, squeeze out the excess liquid, then mix together with any herbs/seasoning of your choice (I added sage & a pinch of salt). Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil and spoon into a round, cook for 3-4 mins on each side or until golden brown and crispy. 🎅 Remove the hash brown from the pan and set aside, then crack 1 egg into the pan. Cook until the white has set but yolk still runny. 🎅 Toast an English muffin, cut in half, then assemble the hash brown, 1 tsp cranberry sauce, stuffing, sausage patty and finally the fried egg. 🎅 Devour. . #whatiateforbreakfast

Savory Breakfast Bowl 🍳 Had no food in the fridge except eggs and avocado so this bowl was a must this morning 👌🏻 Fried egg + baked sweet potato + avocado. Checks all the boxes + is so easy to make.- -  I baked the white sweet potato right when I got up so it was ready to go when I made the breakfast. I just popped it in the oven for 45 minutes and it was good to go 👌🏻 I hadn’t had this kind of sweet potato before but it was so tasty!
