#repost ... @coachchuckmorgan⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Pre-Bed Checklist for the @realcraigballantyne 10-3-2-1 formula to get a better night's sleep⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ by @coachchuckmorgan⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I just finished reading The Perfect Day Formula as part of my Book-A-Week-Challenge.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It is a great book that makes me rethink what I need to do to become successful. There is so much information in this book but one thing I automatically implemented as soon as I read it was the 10-3-2-1 pre-bed checklist.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Implement this TODAY!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ 10 Hours Before Your Bedtime STOP DRINKING CAFFEINE⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ 3 Hours Before Your Bedtime STOP EATING FOOD & DRINKING ALCOHOL⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ 2 Hours Before Your Bedtime STOP WORKING⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ 1 Hour Before Your Bedtime TURN OFF ALL ELECTRONICS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Craig also adds that you should NEVER hit the snooze button but I've made this my pre-bed checklist and it helps me to not even need the snooze button now.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Visit his profile and get his book today. I've even downloaded the audio version on Audible so I can go back and add more of his lessons into my daily routine.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Start adding the things that resonate with you into your life and start working on making your day more productive. Do this and you can't help but be more successful.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are lots of things I need to go back and work on to improve myself and get closer to making each day more productive but I wanted to share this with everyone now.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As a social media manager having a checklist is very important. As you have long term and short term goals, having social media goals is quite important too. So here's a checklist for Instagram. Subsequently we would be posting other checklists for you to be able to apply and use. . Do let us know if it works for you and what works for you? Did we omit anything? #checklists, who doesn’t love a good checklist?!? I mean, there is such a satisfaction in being able to put a tiny little check by a completed task. It makes me feel #accomplished for sure!! I’ve had this checklist up in my kids bathroom since we moved in almost two years ago. #letsbereal they aren’t always super consistent with it, but I also don’t like to be a dictator about it. I want them to learn responsibility, while guiding them when necessary. In our house, we have a ticket system. Each week you can earn up to 15 tickets (1 ticket = $0.10, so up to $1.50/week) for doing your checklist. We also have other ways to earn tickets (and I’m working on adding a few new ticket earning ideas to our routine). The ticket system is basically our allowance system. It works well, most of the time (i.e. - if mom remembers to get it set up and running for the week 🤦🏻♀️). My favorite part is having a baseline of what’s expected, that they can see for themselves. When it’s time for our bedtime routine, it’s so easy to just say, “ok boys, checklist time!” and they go take a look and take turns doing each thing. Toy pick up is the hardest, so I often will say, “if you can pick up all these toys in less than three minutes, working as a team, then you can earn 5 tickets each”! That always works, without fail! . . What systems do you have in place for your kids that work well? . . #ourfamilyrhythm#erincondrendailychecklist#teachthemyoung#dailyroutine#dailychecklist#ticketsystem#allowance#lovemylaminator#officesupplyjunkie#homeschool#homeschooling#lifeschooling#routine
~WHAT IS YOUR SELF-DEV. HACK?~ • • • 🤔 I personally found that I needed a mental checklist to keep the “categories” of life in ✅ so I use these categories. Whether I’m traveling or location dependent these categories help me stay on track! Yes, they are general AND may not cover all aspects of life but they WORK! They keep me accountable and it’s as easy as counting these 5 things on my fingers to recall how productive I’ve been today! 🙌 What’s your #selfdevelopment hack? 🙌
DAILY CHECKLISTS for DIEGO & FRANCISCA 📋 Each day is a different color—we move through ROY G BIV, with Monday being the start of the week! Kind of like the way bookends keep all the stuff in between them from collapsing into chaos, we start and end our days with structure. As a free spirit, having this structure prevents the variety we have in our days from wreaking havoc in our lives. Just enough structure = peace + progress 🤸🏼♀️ The goal is to make these things into habits ... so they become effortless, fast, and a natural part of the flow of life. So success (at this stage) is in checking the boxes consistently more so than in doing each thing perfectly.
One of the things we had to do today on our daily check list was write a gratitude list. I seriously thought so hard about this all day. Yeah, I’m grateful for a job, a roof over my family’s head, healthy kids and an amazing mom (she literally saves my life most days) but honestly what I came up with all involved my husband, John... • I’m grateful for yesterday marking a year of marital bliss- and only we almost killed each other like twice 🤣 •grateful for his encouragement and undying support as I try to build a business and encourage other women to get mentally and physically healthy • grateful he’s been home from work “sick” but everything turned out okay • grateful we were able to spend the day together and end it with family game night. I am seriously SO blessed to find someone who just gets me and all my craziness.
Ya know life is just too short. I know this. I make it a priority to constantly keep this fact at the forefront of how I live my life. Had a wonderful weekend filled with family, food, Jesus and more food. ☺️❤️ Just so grateful for so many things. Can't help but be happy. Let go of negative thoughts. Stay away from negative people and those who complain constantly. Find joy in the little things. It makes a world of a difference. 👍🏽😀 Bring it on Monday!👌🏽 #dailymantra#happiness#dailychecklist#goals#positivevibes#monday#godisgood#allthetime
