OVERINDULGING OVER CHRISTMAS 🎄  It’s inevitable that we’re probably all going to overindulge over the Christmas period, there’s so much food, snacks and alcohol to enjoy 👀 I’m personally not going to be tracking or fussing over what I’m eating, I’ll just be making sure I’m eating until I’m full and enjoying myself, without the guilt - as you can probably tell if you saw any of my stories this week😂🙆🏻‍♀️ . The Weekends are perfect for a good Workout 👌🏻🔥 -  Wer sieht das genauso? 🙏🏻 Heute habe ich Frei und deshalb wird dieser freie Tag später direkt für ein brutales Beintraining genutzt! 👊🏻🔥 Mir geht es soweit sehr gut und ich hoffe euch auch! 😊❤️ Die letzten Tage kam relativ wenig von mir, lag einfach daran das in den letzten Tagen viel anstand und dann nicht viel Zeit neben Arbeit, Training und  Ernährung übrig blieb 🙏🏻 ➡️Gerade an solchen Tagen möchte ich mich zu 100% auf mich und mein Training fokussieren, weil es mir dann einfach so viel gibt 💪🏻 und ich glaube das versteht ihr 🙏🏻🤞🏻 ❗ÜBRIGENS auf dem Bild sieht ihr meine absolute Lieblingstrainingstasche von @fitgriff_official die ich schon seit etwas längeren von den zugeschickt bekommen habe! 🙏🏻 Hier noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön an euch ❤️ Ich war wirklich schon sehr lange auf der Suche nach einer Trainingstasche die nicht zu klein aber auch nicht zu groß ist und diese hat einfach die perfekte Größe für mich! 🤞🏻😊und was mir wirklich sehr gefällt an dieser Trainingstasche ist, dass sie sehr viele unterschiedliche Fächer hat z. One of the first fitness goals I set for myself when I began exercising was to be able to master my headstands. I had never been able to do them growing up, and I always wanted to. So I decided that I didn’t care how long it took me, I was going to learn. About a year post-partum and after nine months of consistent exercise — first healing, then rebuilding my core, I did my first headstand unassisted! I am SO much stronger now than I ever was pre-pregnancy. Achieving a performance goal that once seemed so far off, is a powerful and rewarding reminder of how far you’ve come. Goodnight everyone💤 Today I only felt like working out biceps & abs 😅 Just a reminder that no matter how you feel, keep pushing... I came to a conclusion that having break downs will only push me to be better and do better!! Never taught I’d break down twice in a day, with all the stress I’ve been dealing with school, I’m still here! Pushing thru, even when it’s hard! “One of the biggest lessons I had to learn this year was how to slow down. Having to learn that lesson brought me to getting serious about creating & holding SPACE... & getting serious about prioritizing the PROCESS over outcomes. . It’s crazy how much we try to constantly be ten steps ahead of ourselves ... always trying to speed up time so we can get to the future destination. The chase for the future & results + outcomes... if not mindful, can cause us to totally check out of & miss the magic in the present moment. . Anyone else have to learn the lesson of slowing down this year? . Here are a few things that have helped me to RELEASE THE RUSH: . 1. DEPTH OVER DISTANCE FOCUS: This year i focused heavily on systems & strategies for scaling, automating, repurposing, & creating/consuming LESS with more MEANING. . 2. PRIORITIZING CREATIVITY: Creativity is the most potent way to access alignment. This year I prioritized art & feeding creative impulses which led to massive manifesting as a byproduct of the deep alignment it puts me in. . 3. TIME & ENERGY MANAGEMENT: We activate our magnetism the more we take our time & energy seriously. This was a year of learning boundaries to protect my SPACE. . 4. HAVING A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT: We need support & connection like plants need water. This year I called in massive support & expanding my team I work alongside. .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. MAKING EVERYTHING I DO INTO A SACRED RITUAL: Shifting out of means to an end action & into taking action because it FEELS GOOD helped me fall in love with the PROCESS (& release expectations). . 6. PRACTICING ALIGNMENT & EMBODIMENT DAILY: I’m going on two years of consistent daily alignment & embodiment practice. Repetition & consistency are catalysts for generating results. Every week, I go to  Woolworths grab fruit,vegetables, meats etc. I also grab some milk, yoghurt,  and low fat choccie milk for post training (win win). I then head home, cook dinner consisting of plants/salads, sometimes meat based,sometimes not, but some sort of high protein food nonetheless, potatoes or grains if I feel like it. But you get the gist of things, healthy, fresh and contains variety. . . Every day I will get up at 430 am to start a ride or CrossFit at 5am to be done by 7 to walk to the train to be at work by 830 to work until 6-7pm seeing clients. I will always allocate 1 hour for lunch  and 30 minutes to walk. If I come home at a reasonable hour I will train again. . . This is my daily routine and it’s altered each day but my habits are permanent. Yes, excuses creep in, yes I work close to 60 hours p/week, yes it would be easier to come up with all the reasons why I can’t do things. But you reap what you sow. . . People always want to know how to get the quickest results . It’s nothing amazing other than routine, habits & effort. . . It’s about working both smarter and harder. Think about it when you first start a new habit, it’s hard, it involves attention to detail because all of a sudden you have to be conscious of it. The ease of being able to execute a task doesn’t happen overnight you need to do it repeatedly in order for it to become embedded into your lifestyle. . . You create habits with the intention of making your life easier. ✅I do the groceries each week so my food is prepped for my busy schedule. ✅I exercise for my mental health, sanity and because it keeps my fit and healthy. ✅I get up early as  it allows me to be more productive.  None of these things now require effort, as it’s became habitual and I’ve adapted to it. . . Adaptation can be a beautiful thing if you allow it to flourish. There is nothing wrong if you haven’t got your shit sorted - these things take time to change. . . Habits will form whether
You want to change your body? You gotta put in the work.You want to see results? You can’t take shortcuts.You want to live your best life? Say “yes” to you and “no” to things that don’t serve you or get you closer to your goals.⁣ ⁣ This is why I always talk about a NO EXCUSES mentality. Knee pain got you down??😭 Guys: fun fact of the day, I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis when I was 21. 21! Are you kidding me! I’ve had 2 major knee surgeries in which one of them they cut out 65% of my meniscus, that tender little pad of cartilage protecting your bones 🦴 from grinding on each other. I know the pain! And I am here to tell you ... YOU can workout, make gains, and be fit AF without suffering through knee pain.  I’m not gonna lie, it took years of trial and error to figure out what works. I’d do an exercise and brace and grind through the pain than spend days hurting and limping. Don’t ✋🏽 If it hurts stop.  There are variations. There are ways to make maximal gains and progress without the pain!  I understand obstacles. I empathize, I feel you, it’s hard. . . . I’m super excited to offer ways to overcome obstacles to YOU! I am humble enough to know that I am not  Better than anyone else but I am also wise enough to know that I am different from the rest. We all start somewhere. When I first started working out I never would have imagined being able to build the body I have now not to mention how much I’ve grown as a person. I can’t help but smile at the first picture because I was so young. 20 year old me not knowing what to do in life.. let alone the gym lol but years of working on myself has led me to who I am.
