NEW BEGINNINGS . 2020 is on the horizon friends, but I’m not waiting to start new adventures until then, I’m making them happen NOW. I’ve been quiet for the past two months, and honestly, I was going through some shit and I felt that checking on social media was a chore. I felt obligated to post, which took the fun out of IG for me. I’m adopting a new principal on how I’m going to run my page. I’ll be posting ONLY when I have something to say, taking a note from one of my favorite podcasters, @andyfrisella . With that being said, I wanted to do a general update on my goals, in and out of the gym, as I’ve had plenty of time to think about them: - Lift 5-6 times per week - Hip therapy 7 days per week - Cardio 1-2 times per week - Track macros daily, but have more fun going out/making fun recipes (life AND food is meant to be enjoyed, and a balance should be found) - Plan my shows come 2021 -Squat: 135lbs., DL: 225lbs., Shoulder Press: 100lbs., Hip Thrust: 315lbs. (I want these to be my new working sets, not just 1RM) . I also want to be transparent about my macros, my gym schedule, and anything else you guys want to know about. I used to keep my macros a secret because I was tired of receiving bullshit comments. If you have something to say about how much I’m eating, that’s on you, not on me. With that being said, here is where I stand exactly 8 weeks from my last show: - 113lbs., which is 3lbs. BELOW stage weight (yes, below, @seeyoulaterleaner did an amazing job reversing me and my metabolism is putting up a fucking fight against him) - Macros: 145gP/375gC/70gF . So here we are friends, an age of newness. As cheesy as it is, let’s finish 2019 strong, and start 2020 stronger. XOXO . Also, this @buffbunny_collection outfit is cute af, @fitveganchef is the best at recommending gym gear, make sure to use her code “NATALIE” if you decide to try 🐰!
