Who else?💝 They're meaningful, eco-friendly and budget-friendly 🎄 Love, Yuki♡ These coconut bliss balls are vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar free,plant-based and super easy to make👌🏻 Ingredients for 24 bliss balls 180g| 2 cups desiccated coconut 30g| 1/4 cup almond meal Pinch pink salt @suncorefoods 2 tsp pink pitaya powder @suncorefoods dissolved in 1 tbsp water 60ml | 4 tbsp water 20g | 2 tbsp melted unrefined coconut oil 50g| 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 40g| 2 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 180g non dairy dark chocolate to dip Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you get a sticky mixture. Add more water, 1 tsp at a time if it's not wet enough. Shape the dough into 1 tsp-large balls and place them over a lined tray. Freeze the balls for at least 3 hours. Melt chocolate over Bain-Marie or in the microwave. Dip the balls into the chocolate and decorate as you like. Place in the refrigerator to set for 10 minutes.

By: Marie Telling, Tasty Ingredients (for 2 servings) 4 oz whole wheat spaghetti (115 g) 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 cups curly kale (135 g), chopped, ribs removed 1 lemon lemon zest 1 tablespoon lemon juice kosher salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste Preparation Boil salted water and cook the pasta for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package. When the pasta is finished cooking, reserve ¼ cup (60 ml) of pasta water. Meanwhile, heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a cast-iron skillet. Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper, add it to the skillet, and brown it on each side. Once cooked through — about 2 to 4 minutes — remove from skillet and reserve. Heat remaining three tablespoons of olive oil in skillet and add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minutes. Add kale, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and reserved pasta water. Cook until kale is tender, about 3 minutes. Add cooked chicken, and pasta. Stir to coat, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Easy Nutella Cream Cheese Turnovers 🍫 Full recipe below, send it to a friend who’d love this! By: Tasty Ingredients (for 9 turnovers) 1 puff pastry, thawed flour, to dust FILLING ¼ cup cream cheese (55 g) ⅔ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (195 g) EGG WASH 1 egg 1 tablespoon water GARNISH powdered sugar, to taste 1 cup chocolate sauce (240 mL), or melted nutella, to taste Preparation In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and Nutella. Set aside. Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Divide into 9 equal squares. Scoop 1 Tbsp. of Nutella filling onto the corner of each puff pastry square. Leave enough space for the edges to be crimped shut. Fold the square to form a triangle, crimp the edges shut. Set the turnovers on a lightly greased cookie pan. Prepare the egg wash by beating together one egg and 1 Tbsp. water. Brush the top of each turnover with the egg wash. Bake for 350˚F (175˚C ) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool. Garnish by dusting powdered sugar and drizzling with melted Nutella or chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
