But seriously, this was a 5:30 am recording (which I never do) because I wanted to see if this set would be warm enough to wear in the garage that early, but also if it was breathable enough for a sweaty workout. FINISH IN FIVE WORKOUT!! • Looking for a quick and effective workout?! Well I’m @chrisfreytag  and I’ve got one for you!! A total body workout that can be done in just 5 minutes OR can be up to 30 minutes, you get to decide?! In this workout we are focused on getting as many repetitions in as possible. However, that does not come at the expense of your form. SO… if you feel your form suffering or there is an exercise where you would like to focus on your form, slow down a little bit. Less reps with proper form is more important than a ton of reps done incorrectly! 👊 • ** Equipment: Sweat towel, yoga mat, a set of medium to heavy weighted dumbbells, and a water bottle. ___________________________________ • EXERCISES: 1️⃣DB HIGH PULL  2️⃣DB SQUAT THRUSTER  3️⃣SPIDERMAN ABS  4️⃣BURPEE PRESS BACK  5️⃣RENEGADE ROW • WORKOUT:  Set the timer for 5 minutes total!! Every minute you switch exercises! In each minute you are trying to complete as many repetitions of that exercise as possible. For example:  Minute 1: DB High Pull  Minute 2: DB Squat Thruster  And so on….. in that minute count up your reps and record them or make sure to remember them! Once the 5 minute interval is done REST FOR 1 MINUTE, set the timer and go again! • Swipe ➡️➡️ to see each exercise broken down. • Going into the second round, can you get as many reps per exercise as you did in round 1? That is your goal! Complete this circuit as many times as you would like. Completing 2 circuits will get you to a kick butt 10 minute workout. Completing 4 circuits will get you to a 20 minute workout… you get the gist! Add this as a finisher to your workout, let this be your entire workout, OR simply FINISH IN FIVE!! • 👊❤️ Challenge a buddy to do this with you today! 🔥++ TRAINING VOLUME🔥 . For more fitness/nutrition info follow @roballenfitness 💪🏼 . Here are some great ways to increase your training volume by @kruckifitness 👌🏼 .  When you need more training volume, there's a few simple ways to implement them into your workout. Here's 4 ways I like to go about it. - (1) SUPERSETS: This is simply where you perform 2 exercises one right after the other without rest. This is very efficient, and can allow you to possibly get a few extra exercises in each session without taking up more time. - (2) GIANT SETS: These are supersets on steroids. The same benefits apply, only this time instead of 2 exercises one right after the other, it's 3-5. - (3) DROPSETS: I love these. After you finish your last working set, drop the weight by around 30-50% and go to failure with that weight. This will provide you with an amazing pump, along with getting more volume in quickly. - (4) AMRAP: After your last set, rest for 15-30 seconds, and then lift the same weight you were using to failure. These ones are tough, but can help with strength. - Which of these do you use?
