I. As a @uoft student, many of my first-day English classes featured a slide with the question attributed to ancient Roman poet Horace: “Is the purpose of art to entertain or to instruct?” Art, I would always conclude, can entertain and instruct, instruct and not entertain, but it can never solely entertain; it’s a belief, which insists everything has more than surface-level meaning. II. Months ago, I visited the Pèrez Museum. High expectations, coupled with a bias against Florida, resulted in my view that the curated selection was the appearance of meaning, without depth, bar a few exceptions—mainly one large sculpture by a Cuban artist, his final school project. To pass this last assignment required a written thesis, but he argued against explaining his art and allegedly buried his research inside the sculpture. His professors then had to decide if to pass him, or if to destroy the sculpture and retrieve the paper. It was a clever act of protest. Art, which instructs. III. At every museum, there’s always one person who looks at art and says: ‘I could do that.’ It’s a frustrating, idiotic claim because even if you could, you didn’t. The artist executed the vision, and it’s why I thought surely there must be meaning behind a $120,000 banana duct taped to a wall. • Art Basel was innovative, thought-provoking and that piece with the railroad track and lights—wow! Yet the public focused on a phallic spectacle bc FL is lame in its predictability. An excessive amount of money, paid by unnamed buyers who invested in something they assumed had meaning, banking on the idea that money could buy depth, placing high value on that which required little effort. Even questioning what’s true in the ever-changing story behind the piece, I found the deceptive show to be horribly mundane in its Floridaness. Art, which does not endure bc it is literally perishable. • Of course, as with everything in this state, salvation came in the form of two men in
After watching my business partner Alfred E Nickson be inducted nationally into the Young Million Dollar Hall of Fame tonight in Vegas at the age of only 27 years old!! I am so proud and honored to be surrounded by one of the youngest millionaires in the organization. This gentleman lived in his moms basement. He barley graduated high school, picking up garbage at the Miami Sanitation Department, and lived pay check to check. He got paid on Fridays and was broke by Saturday. This gentleman was tired of being sick- and- tired, and took hold of our opportunity to share information to help others restore their credit. Check this out: he never fixed anyone’s credit a day in his life. Recently just purchased his dream home and dream car that's covered by a small investment to our organization. He’s now being inducted to the Millionaire Hall of Fame. He's doing 2.5 Million a month in business ONLY at the age of 27 Years old. Now giving back to his church and removed his family out of welfare. You don’t have to be great to get started, you just have to start to one day be GREAT🏆🗣 Text “Agent” To 972-464-9120 to create your own testimony ✍🏼🙌🏽🏆 *All things are possible for those that believe in themselves 🔥🙌🏽 #gopro2019#millionaire#halloffame#entrepreneurminded#investinyourdreams#changinglivesbuildingdreams#surrendering#buildinglegacy#timefreedomisthegoal

Benefits of orgasms: 🚀 Immediately after an orgasm, the body releases a lot of oxytocin and a hormone #ckk. Oxytocin fights against stress by flushing out the stress hormone #cortisol, lowering blood pressure, and improving #digestion, while CKK controls appetite by decreasing the desire for food. 🚀 Orgasms also trigger a release of other feel-good hormones such as #endorphins, which have a sedative effect. The urge to fall asleep after #climaxing is associated with #clearerskin due to the body’s immune system’s ability to decrease #inflammation during prolonged stretches of sleep. 🚀 Low levels of #oxytocin in the blood are associated with higher levels of stress. In reports and surveys, it was found that an estimated 39% of women who #masturbate to reach an orgasm do so in order to #relievestress. 🚀 An increase in orgasm activity increases estrogen which is also protective against aging skin due to an increase in #collagen. Collagen resynthesis takes approximately one year and is a very important part of #postpartumhealing. 🚀 #orgasms promote healthy estrogen levels that help keep vaginal tissue supple, prevent #osteoporosis and #heartdisease. 🚀 An increase In blood flow throughout the body after reaching an orgasm, especially to the skin organ, also helps increase collagen and is what’s responsible for that #postsexglow. 🚀 Women who enjoy more orgasms were also found to have higher #testosterone which in combination with estrogen help to improve sexual desire, sex appeal, mood, memory, and prevent gaining fat in the abdominal region (higher cortisol is associated with fat gain in the belly area for women, but with a decrease in cortisol, this process is slowed or stops completely). 🚀 Some studies suggest that a female orgasm can more than double a women’s tolerance for #pain.
