Who said vegetarians don’t build muscles ? 😉 The key for being healthy is working out on a regular basis ( no need to workout every single day!) and taking care of your diet (70% of your results) . People might criticize me for my muscles or the way I look, but I can tell you I have never felt better than this in my whole life , i have never embraced or loved the way I look as much as I do now, and that’s what matters . You and only you loving yourself first .I am proud of what I have achieved in those 2 years, I spent it learning how to take care of my body, health and food. It’s never too late to start! Don’t put a start date it might just stop you from starting right away, just think of how your body can stay healthy and commit to it and in no time will turn out to be a routine in your life . #beyourself#loveyourself#befit#behealthy#vegetarian
I am a much more well rounded athlete since joining @onepeloton. I’ve gotten a lot more into cycling 🚴🏻♀️ & I’ve discovered a new joy for running 🏃🏼♀️! - My fellow instructors are AMAZING & the cardio is such a great compliment to my yoga 🧘🏼♀️ practice (and yoga is an awesome compliment to cycling & running)! - And tying my workouts to giving back, makes me even that much more motivated. I am all for creating a healthier future for our kids and i hope to continue to be a role model for my own little guys. - This holiday season🌲, a little effort can make a big difference. From now until 12/19, take any 3 “Move for More” classes; and @onepeloton will pledge $5 donation to @act4healthykids. .

Yeah I probably look put together in many of my pictures but let me tell you half the time I’m not. I struggle a lot with balancing the many things in my life, I’m constantly overthinking everything which is a characteristic I dislike about myself. Instead of highlighting the good things in my life I want to share the other side I don’t show, how I have many days at the gym where I just don’t feel like I pushed myself enough, when I don’t feel as prepared for a test as I know I could have, how I’ve eaten a ton of food without going to the gym for like a week, having days where I just want to be alone or days when I hate the way I look in the mirror. I feel like these things don’t get talked enough on here but if you’re going through days where you’re down just remember you’re not alone. It’s okay to not feel your greatest all the time and tbh moments like these humble me the most. So my advice is to always be kind and smile to people no matter how they act or treat you because you never know how much it can impact someone’s day.
I am no more special than you. I wake up with the same opportunity of trying to be better than yesterday, just like you. Am I size 0? Nope. Am I the most ripped? Nah. . Do I have weekends where I fall flat on my face with food and exercises--umm hello lady! I never claim to be a picture perfect fitness page, nor will I ever be. I'm seriously just an average woman who worked hard to lose weight, has daily (some days HOURLY struggles) and got blessed to share it with people who wanted to tune in. . It's funny, this past week I reconnected with someone from grade school and he told me "I still remember riding the bus with you and you got picked on so much but you would always look back at those girls who'd throw gum in your hair and say "ya--well, I'll be something really cool when I get older! I'll help people instead of hurt people like you!" (Ya I was THAT cheesy in grade school. Still am 😁) . But when he randomly messaged me this week through Facebook he said "and it's so cool to see how you are, but in a way you probably didn't think you would!" This week has been a crazy ride and I'm still holding on, but I've been tossing around the idea of just "taking that leap of faith" and training full time. . Online and in person. Opening up my own one on one training facility and still training clients online. This goes for both men & women. Set a higher standard for yourself. The more value you create with in yourself by growing and progressing mentally, physically, professionally and emotionally the more value you can give back to others. At the gym but thinking of my post-workout meal like.... 😂 . On another note, I finally got the halo leggings from @alphalete and I'm soooo hyped. They remind me so much of the earlier versions of the revivals (which are my all-time favs) and they're so soft. Super glad that I grabbed an extra pair from the black Friday sale 🙈
