WOW was für ein Tag das gestern war! Wir waren bei @simplyvgenuss  eingeladen um die Produktion zu besichtigen und die Menschen hinter der Marke kennen zu lernen. Dabei wurden wir so wunderbar verköstigt und haben am Abend dann noch alle zusammen gekocht. So viel wie gestern haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen 😅 Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht und es sind so unglaublich tolle und außergewöhnliche Gerichte entstanden.  Jetzt geht es für uns noch zu einem gemeinsamen Brunch mit großartigen Blogger Kollegen und danach wieder zurück nach Wien.  Wenn ihr noch Fragen zu den Produkten oder zur Herstellung habt habt die gerne mal raus und wir beantworten diese unter dem Bild. VEGAN SWEET POTATO CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 🍫🌱 • • 1. Steam two small-medium sweet potatoes until soft 🥔  2. Add them to a blender with cacao powder and plant-based milk 🍫🥛 3. Add the ingredients to a large mixing bowl 🥣 4. Add coconut sugar, flour (I used oat flour but self-raising would also work well), vanilla essence and a dash of maple syrup 🍁  5. Stir in some baking powder and pour the batter into a lined baking tray  6. Bake for 25 minutes on 180 degrees ⏱ 7. For extra chocolatey goodness, add squares of dark chocolate on top of the batter before baking 😛🍫

Buddha bowl, sometimes referred to as glory or hippie bowl, are hearty, filling dishes made of various greens, raw or roasted veggies, beans, and a healthy grain. AFTER A STRESSFUL WEEK, TIME TO ADD SOME COLOUR TO MY WEEKEND 🌈 . This time round i made pink granola. The colour derived from a dried powdered form of dragon fuit. It looks absolute lush! . Along with that i also added that powder to my berry smoothie to give it that awesome vibrant colour 🤙🏽 . INGREDIENTS TO MY GRANOLA 300g jumbo oats 120g maple syrup 50g coconut oil 30g almonds 30g cashew 20g peacan 30g toasted pumkin seeds 20g toasted sesame seeds 20g goji berries 3 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp dragon fruit powder . TIP: mix all the wet ingredients first, then throw in the dry ingredients, to mix everything together. . Spread it out onto a baking tray with a non stick silicon matt for best results. Repeat after me: Peanut butter jelly time, PB + J time🙋🏼‍♀️🤣. Who’s up for some oats this Saturday morning?  Not going to lie this was actually just a snack from a few days back 😳🙊 but who doesn’t love the classic combo of peanut butter & jam on their porridge?! Definitely not me!!! After a few rough days, and a week where I’ve not been sleeping I finally had a really good night with my best gals yesterday, drinking wine 🍷 & having laughs 🤭 but not only that, I also overslept my alarm for the first time in like 3y 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️. It’s unlike me to sleep past 7am so sleeping until 8 is a major thing for me, but my body definitely needed it & I have zero regrets! 👌🏻. Now I should probably hurry off to work... 🤣
Meat sausage salad  Hier noch ein schnelles Fleischsalat Rezept, welches immer wieder gerne in Auftrag gegeben wird. Dabei ist es so einfach.... Ich nehme immer eine preiswerte Lyoner die ich in längliche Streifen schneide. Danach noch schnell ein paar Gewürzgurken und eine Zwiebel würfeln. In die Mayonnaise gebe ich immer noch etwas Senf und würze mit Salz und Pfeffer. Alles vermischen und eventuell noch etwas Gurkenwasser hinzufügen, falls die Mayo zu fest sein sollte. Wer nicht so auf Mayo steht, es schmeckt auch mega nur mit Essig/Öl. NUTTY PROFESSOR SEED BALLS 😍🥜🍫 ➡️vegan, GF, rsf, protein packed! 🎉 🎉 These are perfect for a pre-meal snack, post-workout treat, afternoon pick-me up, or smoothie bowl topper🤪🤪 and they took me all of 10 minutes to make! 🎉 🎉 RECIPE: •1 T of peanut butter •1 T of @natvialiving sugar free chocolate spread •1 T of @macr0mike chocolate caramel protein •1 T of chia seeds •1 T of hemp seeds •7 dates •dash of maca (optional) •cacao to roll them in (optional) ➡️ ➡️ Just got back from the vegan expo and I can say I WAS FLOORED by all the delicious samples!!! Still haven’t tried the Applewood cheese because we’re saving it until our oven is back in use. Can’t wait to make some sexy cheese on toast! 😍🧀🌱 • • We have tried this though. My verdict is it’s ok melted on a burger but I don’t like it cold. It’s got a bit of an annoying texture where it breaks up in your mouth. I prefer the plasticy feel of Violife personally! It didn’t pass the Toby test either as he refused to eat it. 😆

🥙 FALAFEL 🥙  Check out these gorgeous falafels I had in Tenerife. They were homemade super crisp, sesame coated balls of deliciousness, the herbs and seasoning were absolutely perfect! 👌🏼 served with some lovely fresh salad and a beautiful tahini sauce to drizzle all over. Also had a side of Lebanese rice to make a lovely filling meal 😍
POLPETTE DI ZUCCA VEGANE 🎃🌱 AL FORNO O IN PADELLA Cremoso e delicato dentro con una crosticina croccante, si possono preparare sia in forno che in padella per una versione più veloce. Sono gustosissime e velocissime da preparare con pochissimi ingredienti 😍 🔸INGREDIENTI (15-16 polpettine) 300 g zucca (peso al netto degli scarti) 2 fette di pancarrè (50 g) 35-40 g pangrattato + qb per impanare  Prezzemolo, sale, pepe e un pizzico di noce moscata se vi piace  Olio evo qb 🔸PROCEDIMENTO  Tagliare la zucca a cubetti non troppo piccoli, mettere su una teglia rivestita da carta forno cuocere a 180 gradi preriscaldato ventilato per 20 minuti circa, fin quando infilzandola con una forchetta risulterà morbida è cotta. Sfornare e far intiepidire, dopo di che mettere la zucca nel bicchiere del frullatore a immersione insieme a prezzemolo, sale, pepe, noce moscata e le due fette di pancarrè, frullare bene il tutto, poi aggiungere il pangrattato (a me ne sono bastati 35 g se vi sembra ancora tropo morbida e non riuscite a lavorarla con le mani aggiungetene ancora un po’) Con le mani leggermente umide formare delle polpettine, schiacciare leggermente, e passare nel pangrattato. Poggiare le polpettine sulla teglia di prima, con la carta forno, aggiungere un filo d’olio sopra e infornare a 180 gradi preriscaldato ventilato per 20 minuti, girandole a metà cottura.  In alternativa potete cuocerle in una padella con un filo d’olio qualche minuto per lato fin quando si sarà tormata la crosticina. It's Saturday! That's why there's a super chocolatey smoothie bowl for breakfast. 😍 It fills you up for a really long time and tastes sooo good!⁠ What you need:⁠ 250-300 ml plantbased milk⁠ 4 dates⁠ 30 g linseed⁠ 25 g cocoa⁠ 35 g spelt flakes⁠ Puree everything with a blender and then top it with fruits, some muesli and a few more linseeds. Delicious!⁠ ____⁠ Wochenende! 🤗 Deshalb gibt's eine super schokoladige Smoothiebowl mit Leinsamen zum Frühstück. Macht richtig schön lange satt und schmeckt sooo gut!⁠ Was ihr braucht: 250-300 ml pflanzliche Milch, 4 Datteln, 30 g Leinsamen, 25 g Kakao, 35 g Dinkelflocken. Alles mit einem Mixer pürieren und anschließend mit Obst, etwas Müsli und noch ein paar mehr Leinsamen toppen. 🍕🇹🇷 #vegan pide 😍 Der Teig ist zwar noch nicht ganz perfekt, das mit dem glutenfreien Mehl hab ich einfach noch nicht ganz herausen, aber hier kommt das Rezept. Für 4 Pides. Für den Teig: 🔸500g Mehl 🔸1 TL brauner Zucker 🔸1 Packung Germ 🔸350ml Wasser 🔸1 EL Olivenöl 🔸10g Salz 🔸Thymian Alle Zutaten miteinander mischen und gut durchkneten, bis der Teig eine glatte Kugel wird. In eine Schüssel geben, mit einem Geschirrtuch bedecken und entweder über Nacht im Kühlschrank stehen oder ein paar Stunden so stehen und gehen lassen 😄 Für den Belag (in meinem Fall waren es eine Art Linsenbolignese mit Spinat, Pilzen und veganem Käse) 🔸1 Dose Linsen 🔸Tomatenpassata 🔸1 Zwiebel 🔸1 Knoblauchzehe 🔸200g Blattspinat 🔸4 große Champignons 🔸2 Lorbeerblätter 🔸je 1 TL Thymian, Oregano, geräucherter Paprika und brauner Zucker 🔸Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack  Für den Käse 🔸180ml Cashewmilch 🔸3 EL Hefeflocken (gibts beim Reformhaus) 🔸2 EL Maisstärke 🔸1 TL Meersalz, 1/2 TL Zwiebel-, Knoblauch- und geräucherter Paprikapulver 1️⃣ Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden und in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl erhitzen. 2️⃣ Linsen, Gewürze, Zucker und Lorbeerblätter hinzugeben. 3️⃣ Mit Tomatenpassata aufgießen. Achtung nur so viel verwenden, dass die Sauce eher dickflüssig bleibt. Spinat hinzugeben und für ein paar Minuten köcheln lassen. 4️⃣ Den Teig flach drücken (sollte eine eher ovale Form sein) und ein Backblech mit Backpapier und Mehl vorbereiten. 5️⃣ Für den Käse alle die Cashewmilch leicht erhitzen und unter ständigem Rühren mit einem Schneebesen alle Zutaten vermengen. So lange rühren bis die Sauce Fäden zieht. 6️⃣ 2 EL Tomatenpassata auf dem Teig verteilen, die Linsen ebenso daurauf verteilen. Die Käsesauce darüber verteilen. Champignons in Scheiben schneiden und zum Abschluss darauf legen. 7️⃣ Die Ränder des Teiges umstülpen und zu einem “Schiffchen”
