This exercise has numerous number of advantages and the best being the constant tension that it provides to your muscle. While doing this exercise you're forcing the movement of your elbow against the resistance being provided by the cable. It focuses on increasing the triceps strength along with the hypertrophy basically increase in the muscle mass. Sup guys! 🤗  So I have some of my favorite isolation movements that target the biceps, triceps and shoulders really well.  Isolation exercises are typically best after heavy compound exercises to maximize muscle growth and to train endurance.  With that being said, higher repetitions and sets are ideal; and trust me, these are going to burn! 🔥  Exercises 👇🏻 Machine Bicep Curls: 4 sets x 10-12 full reps, 10-12 half reps Triceps Pushdowns: 4 sets x 10-12 reps Lateral Raises: 4 sets x 10–12 reps Note: 10-15 second rest between each set 💪🏻 Full outfit @alphalete 🐺

I see a lot of people doing this exercise incorrectly. I'm not an expert but here are a few tips you can follow to get the most out of this exercise:  1. Lock your elbows, notice how my elbows are not moving. This will engage your triceps throughout the movement.  2. Don't stand straight, your upper body should be at an angle.
