You win some, you lose some.⠀ ⠀⠀ Disappointed with how this mornings race ended. 3rd place 🥉after doing most of the work the first half, then running into stomach issues around mile 8. Was forced to slow down tremendously as I had to 💩 bad the rest of the way. Wanted to stop to use the restroom, but had to be sure I stayed in the prize money.⠀ ⠀⠀ Feels like a wasted opportunity to run a good one, but I guess shit really does happen. I can be thankful that this has been the only race I haven’t been happy with this summer/fall racing season.🤷🏻♂️⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I’m in great shape, and can’t wait to get back out there for the next one for a little redemption.
