SSW36 Bei der letzten Vorsorge dachte ich ernsthaft, meine Hebamme möchte mich ärgern. „Laura, ich habe schlechte Nachrichten für dich. Du solltest versuchen, von nun an bis zur Geburt auf Naschen zu verzichten!“ . Wie bitte was?! In der Weihnachtszeit? In der Schwangerschaft, in der mein Appetit auf Schokolade der größte ist, den ich je hatte? 6 Wochen kein Naschi?! Hilfe!!! . Nachdem ich dachte, es sei ein schlechter Scherz, die Erklärung: Ab der 35. SSW werden vermehrt Prostaglandine gebildet.  Gewebshormone, die vor der Geburt für die Öffnung des Muttermundes und die Verkürzung des Gebärmutterhalses verantwortlich sind. Sie regen Wehen an. Wenn aber der Großteil der hormonellen Andockstellen von Inulin und Insulin besetzt werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit von Prostaglandinen aus. Sie fliessen stattdessen ungebunden im Blut herum, was tatsächlich eher Schmerzen auslöst! Die Einnahme von Zucker vor der Geburt verhindert daher die optimale Vorbereitung. Sie hemmt Wehen und erhöht die Schmerzwahrnehmung.  Ach herje! Also doch kein Scherz. Mist! Gestern war mein erster naschfreier Tag. Im Urlaub wollte ich mir das noch nicht antun. Ich erlaube mir an den Wochenenden aber eine kleine Menge. Das sei ein guter Kompromiss. Mal sehen wie lange ich durchhalte, ohne durchzudrehen 😂 Die Suche nach süßen Rezepten mit Datteln und Bananen blieb natürlich nicht lange aus. Es wird also zuckerfrei gebacken und vorgesorgt. HEALTHY SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH BITES // You probably knew deep down that I was gonna have some holiday themed cookie dough bites, and you weren’t wrong. Per your request, I finally made a fully GRAIN FREE version of my cookie dough bites, although oat flour also still works if you have some leftover from the last batch of bites you made! ⁣ ⁣ They taste JUST like sugar cookie dough, thanks to an abundance of vanilla and just  a *hint* of almond extract. Keep some in your freezer so every day can be a festive one—they’re also a great treat to bring to holiday parties. To make them, you just need:⁣ ⁣ 〰️½ cup unsalted almond butter⁣ 〰️1.5 tablespoons vanilla extract⁣ 〰️¼ teaspoon almond extract (use real almond extract, not artificial! I like @simplyorganicfoods)⁣ 〰️¾ cup + 2 tablespoons blanched almond flour⁣ 〰️⅛ teaspoon fine grain sea salt⁣ 〰️4 tablespoons maple syrup⁣ 〰️Sprinkles, to top (I used @gosupernatural, which are SO cute and don’t have any artificial colors or flavors)⁣ ⁣ Stir together all ingredients other than sprinkles in a bowl until well combined, then use a small cookie scoop to scoop onto a parchment-lined plate (different nut butters can be different consistencies—if the mixture is too dry to stick together in a ball well, add a bit more nut butter; if it’s too wet to hold it’s shape, add a bit more almond flour). ⁣ ⁣ Top with sprinkles (hooray!!) and store in the freezer until you’re ready to eat, preferably while wearing some VERY soft socks and sitting by a fireplace with a good book. Cinnamon Sugar Pancakes (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Keto-Friendly)  Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour  2 eggs 1/4 cup almond milk  1/2 tsp baking soda  1 tsp vanilla extract  1/8 tsp salt  1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon (depending on how much you love cinnamon) 1 tbsp coconut sugar (can omit for keto options) . Directions: Whisk together flours, baking soda, salt, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl beat eggs, then add vanilla and almond milk. Combine wet & dry ingredients. Spoon 3 TBSP amounts onto a hot, greased pan. Makes about 5-6 medium sized pancakes. Top with sliced apples, honey/maple, nut butter, cinnamon!

Maybe she’s crazy... maybe she just needs carbs. 😂 - This could not be more true, am I right ladies!? Especially for those of us who have a long journey with this specific macronutrient.. AKA ME 🙋🏼‍♀️ - I get loads of questions about my relationship with food, how I bettered it, & how I recovered from ED thoughts. To be quite frank, I don’t think it ever is truly 100%. It’s always a work in progress. To put it simply, an alcoholic who is recovered, can be around alcohol but they have to practice that self control. The thoughts are still there, they just refrain from participating/giving in. Same goes for disordered eaters. You have to eat everyday.. those thoughts will come. It’s about letting them go, to eat, & move on ✌🏼 - There are three macronutrients for a reason; because they are what FUEL our bodies. They all have their purposes and their place in our diet. Thou shall not fear carbs friends ❤️ - Maybe this is an attempt to convince myself it’s okay to have one or five of these because they’re GOOD. This gal bought her first bag of cranberries this weekend (watch out, the holiday spirit is just breaking out of me 😂) & these babies were born. Ohhh není nad pořádný burger a ještě LowCarb 🍔❤️ Co potřebujeme na 4 menší housky nebo dvě pořádné: 250g ricotty, 3 lžíce psyllia, 2 lžíce chia semínek, 2 lžíce lněných semínek, 2 lžíce slunečnicových semínek, 2 vejce, 1 lžička prášku do pečiva, 1/2 lžičky soli, kmín a vejce na potření.  Všechny suroviny smícháme a necháme těsto 5 minut odpočinout. Vytvarujeme 4 housky, potřeme vajíčkem, posypeme kmínem a pečeme na 150 stupňů do zlatava cca hodinu.  Po vychladnutí si uděláme burger.. já udělala volské oko, opečenou slaninu a mleté hovězí maso od @farma_rodiny_nemcovy k tomu plátek sýra a kečup bez cukru. —————————————————————— ▶️ Děkuji všem za označování na fotkách Vašeho výtvoru. B U Y  L E S S , C H O O S E  W E L L .  My new motto for 2020. . .  This year I made a big effort to slowly swap all my body & house products to natural non-toxic alternatives. It took forever but it’s been so rewarding. This swap doesn’t have to be a huge expense all at once. It’s about progress > perfection. Use up the products you have now, then when they run out and it’s time to replace anyways, make conscious choices.  I made this change for my personal health. Next year’s intentions are not only for myself, but also for our planet.  Plus, bit by bit learning to make better daily choices feels bloody great. Vote with your dollar and make it a lifestyle not a duty. . .  Here’s what I’m working on right now:  Saying “no” to fast fashion. Not only to support sustainable brands who are driving a new movement in fashion but also for me - for better pieces that last longer and feel better.  Getting used to my new @us.and.the.earth grocery bags for zero plastic grocery shopping. I’ve learned the trick here is shopping ALONE so I can take my time without the BF getting antsy and rushing me haha.  Completing my kitchen pantry/fridge to sustainable products. Next on the hit list is the @seedandsproutco silicone baking mats to replace baking paper that I use every single day.  Buying my pantry items from stores like The Source and Scoop instead of endless little plastic packets. . .  Some brands I’ve loved during this transition are @barebodybeautyco @us.and.the.earth @scoopwholefoods @thesourcebowral @happi.earth @drbronners_australia . . INGREDIENTES (4-6 unidades) 500 g de requesón, ricotta o queso crema (Animal o vegetal)  60 g de gelatina sin sabor (sustituible por agar agar)  1/4 de taza de agua  1/2 taza de yogurt, leche animal o leche vegetal Endulzante al gusto (usamos 3 cdas de stevia)  Ralladura y zumo de limón.  Usamos Fresas o frutillas  _________________________________ PREPARACIÓN  1⃣ Disuelve la gelatina en agua caliente. Licúa o procesa el el queso crema con el yogurt, Limón y ralladura de limón. Añade endulzante al gusto y la gelatina activada, sigue licuando hasta integrar.  2⃣ Corta las fresas en laminas, cubre el fondo y las paredes del molde.
