“I don’t have time to workout” was a thought that LIVED in my head. 😴 How could I make time for me when I was so busy taking care of everyone else??⠀ .⠀ Its interesting to see what we DO make time for though, right?? We somehow manage to prioritize what really matters to us. So, I shifted my thoughts to, “How can I MAKE time for this?? How can I make time for ME!?”. ☀️ That’s when things changed. 🙌🏻⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I needed to acknowledge the power of my MINDSET… and set myself up for success. I took a good hard look at how I was spending my time… and figured out how to make room for what I NEEDED for me. .⠀⠀ 👉🏼How much time was I spending scrolling social media? Was I being intentional, and setting a limit or just wasting soooo much time zoned out? . 👊🏻If I was unwinding by watching Netflix, could I fold laundry? I also started to delegate more to my kids and I even hired a house cleaner when life was super busy to take some of the pressure off of me .⠀ 🤟🏼Instead of jamming to tunes in the car, that time could go to listening to motivating podcasts and better myself mentally! 👉🏼Just this one change alone changed my life drastically! . Instead of sleeping in 😴, I could get up earlier and be more intentional with my free time. . I’m so glad I decided to make changes and get healthy and fit (ish) 😆 It was definitely worth the sacrifice and effort. ⠀ .⠀⠀ What’s just one tiny step 👟 you can take to shift ➡️ your life into the direction you want it to go?? Maybe it’s not even fitness. Maybe it’s your finances, or your marriage or your family —you hold the key 🔑 to change anything you choose to change.
Good Morning Loves 💖🧡💜 I love this Message because it’s so true, we are the main thing that blocks us from going after our dreams and goals, it’s sad but very true. For example it took me two years to finally go ahead and pursue my dream of being a motivational speaker/influencer for women all over the world. I kept doubting myself and i kept telling myself that I would never make it and no one would listen to me or give me a chance. I did that for two years and wasted valuable time to get myself out their and show the world what I got . We have to stop doing that cause while we are bringing ourselves down someone else is getting their ish together and we see someone else make it when we know deep down we can do it as well if not better. So as we get ready to enter this weekend let’s stop with the negative thoughts and turn on our positive thoughts. Tell yourself * Yes I Can * Yes I Am * Yes I Will Don’t let another day go by where you don’t do something to achieve your goal , Time waits on no one you gotta go get it .
