Let's try this again... 6x6 as JM did to push 683 pounds... Find a 6 rep max weight. Do 6 sets totalling 36. Your goal, do the 36 and add weight. If you dont finish 36 reps, that's okay. Let's say you do, 31 with only 3 complete sets. You're next goal is 32. Don't add weight. It's not about how fast weight moves, it's about constant progression. This is 85 kilos, going up next week's high intensity to 87.5 kilos for those 36 reps. Let's see if it works like JM did for his 684 bench

Okay start na tayo sa recap(Part 2)  Pag dating sa venue, jampaks men. Morning session palang puno na. Nung nagdatingan na ang big boys/afternoon session ah puta, sardinas na talaga. Sobrang init pa nung araw ng meet kaya, instant sauna ka sa loob. Kahit overweight ka, sure aabot ka sa timbang sa dami ng pawis na lalabas sayo. Halos masuka na ko kakainom ng tubig at pocari sweat para lang di pulikatin pero, di pa din kinaya at pinulikat padin (more on this later)  Squats first to third attempt sobrang swabe lahat. Nagkaron lang ng konting miscommunication sa pag submit ng third attempt(gusto pala ni coach 182kg na, pero na mis interpret ko sinabi ni jack kaya nag stick ako sa 180kg, my bad) pero goods na din kasi kasi lifetime PR pa din.  Squat 1 162.5kg ⚪⚪⚪ Squat 2 172.5kg ⚪⚪⚪ Squat 3 180kg ⚪⚪⚪ Bench, dito nagsimula ang kalbaryo, first attempt swabe pero simula na tumirik katawan ko sa init. Nag cramps lower back ko sa first attempt palang pero naingat ko naman ng mabilis. Going sa 2nd attempt, tinanggal ko na belt ko kasi medyo masakit pa din likod ko after pulikatin. On the way down ng 2nd attempt, nag cramp naman yung right hamstring ko, di ko na nahintay yung press command, ayun no lift. 3rd attempt same weight pero sobrang sakit na nung hamstring ko, wala na talaga leg drive, no lift ulit. muntik na mag bomb out 🙈  Bench 1 120kg ⚪⚪⚪ Bench 2 125kg 🔴🔴🔴 Bench 3 125kg 🔴🔴🔴 Warm up time ng Deadlift, I was on the verge of giving up. Pinag warm up ako ni @jckrynlyd ng bar, pero sakit talaga ng hamstring ko. Gagawin ko na dapat 60kg opener ko tapos tigil na dun, then sabi ko try ko conve baka sakali kayanin. A few reps ng 1 plate, natiis naman. Tapos nakisabay na ko sa warm up ng mga kasabay ko sa platform. medyo umokay. tumigil na ko sa 140kg warmup sabi ko  bahala na si Lord sa platform.  1st attempt, ramdam ko yung soreness and tenderness ng right hams ko pero lumipad. 2nd attempt gusto ko na sana i-200 agad pero we
