😋 Veggie Lasagna 😋 Who says you can’t eat the foods you love. Ok ok so it’s not traditional lasagna but I’m going to tell you that it tastes just as good!! And I know I can have seconds without feeling guilty. I used everything that I would normally use, ricotta, mozzarella, ground turkey and spaghetti sauce. However I substituted the noodles for sliced zucchini and eggplant. Threw in a few shredded carrots and chopped broccoli and voila!! Homemade Veggie Lasagna. Shout out to @busybrylee for the inspiration!
