Our bodies thrive when we feed it clean, plant-based foods. They thrive with exercise. They thrive with proper nutrition and supplementation. They thrive the BEST when we support our bodies from the smallest, microscopic cells all the way outward to our skin. Cells are the building blocks of everything that happens within our body. This is why I started taking these oils internally everyday. DDR Prime(damaged DNA repair), Copaiba, Frankincense, Pink Pepper, Turmeric, and Yarrow Pom are all incredible oils to help support healthy cell regeneration as well as many other systems in the body. In a 1oz dropper bottle, add equal drops of all 6 oils(I usually do around 100 drops of each oil). Every morning I take an empty veggie cap, add a few drops, and take it internally. Just a few ways these oils have helped me: -Stress levels -Anxious feelings -Supports healthy cells and protects against oxidative stress to cellular DNA -Healthy Brain -Skin blemishes disappear -Better sleep -Less frequent headaches -Supports health breasts -Immune support -Energy -Digestive support -Nervous system support -Powerful antioxidants -Healthy metabolism -Overall pain and joint support Taking this simple veggie capsule every morning has completely changed the way I feel! Now I can’t go a day without it! What oils to you take internally everyday?
Now that the weather is getting colder and we’re all thinking about our favorite ways to get cozy, let’s talk about candles. I loved me a good candle. Like LOVED. Until I did some research and my flame burned out. 😂 Get it? Here is why candles are a no-go in our home these days: First up- the wax. Most candles are made out of paraffin wax, which is a petroleum by-product. When burned, it releases carcinogenic soot into the air (IN YOUR HOME. WHERE YOU LIVE AND BREATHE.) causing respiratory problems, asthma, etc. Second- the smell. Oh the smell. Cinnamon Bun?! Birthday cake?! Bacon?! (
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! 🌲 Okay, okay. So I know fall just happened. But when Young Living releases their Holiday Catalog, you act super fast because things sell out. And let’s be honest, I was originally shopping for others here until the order came...and I loved everything. And I’m keeping everything. Ha, don’t judge! Guess I need to place another order for family and friends asap! #tistheseason
We are multidimensional creatures and so are plants. Our bodies are complex and are adapted to work with plants. These beautiful beings have been co-evolving with us since ancient times. As humans ingest plants it affects the way we evolve, which then affects the way the plants evolve, which in turn affects human evolution once again, and that cycle continues over-time, making us inextricably linked. It’s a beautiful dance. _ Over the last couple hundred years, many humans have begun to lose that connection with a large diversity of plants. Our diets have become narrowed down and confined to a small percentage of plants which we can now get at the grocery store. But diversity is a cornerstone of resiliency, both on an individual scale and a planetary one. _ Diversity matters. It matters in our guts. It matters in our genes. It matters to our health. Although you will not become sick due to a “lemon balm” deficiency, bringing an array of herbs in your daily life can promote better health. Herbs are packed with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, and powerful antioxidants. _ Sure, herbs can be used to help us feel better when we are already ill, but much of their benefit lies in enhancing our health before we are sick, so that our body can do its job to keep us well. What’s that old adage? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure? Herbs can be one component of more vibrant health. And not even just by ingesting them, but by experiencing them through more of our senses and by physically having them in our presence. By touching them, by smelling them, by tasting them, we enrich our lives in all the sensual and energetic gifts that the plant kingdom shares with us. _ That’s a large part of why I am creating my newest offering, Monthly Plant Magic. I want to help us all to reconnect with our herbal allies. Wouldn’t it feel special to bring a diversity of #handcrafted#botanical creations into your life by diving into a new herb each month,
When you begin to really learn what the Father is actually like, you see that abundance is his very nature. That meeting our needs is his delight. And resourcing us to meet the needs of his children makes us just like him. . I snagged this blend on my ER. It’s like fall breeze in a bottle. I think about it’s significance as I drop it into diffusers and ask God to give us his heart to steward our abundance, even if it’s marginal some months. . I invite him to be our abundance. Because of all the things I could have in overflowing, He’s the one thing I want. . My friend @chelseasmiles21 snuck this little owl home with me in a bag last year after I gushed over him. My sister @ernst.kd gifted me this jadite one birthday because she knows the way it makes me happy. His abundance flowing through his beautiful daughters to my heart. . We get to plant his love like wildflowers into the barren and watch it bring beauty and life. . How are you unlearning lack and leaning into abundance this fall? . . . . #younglivingessentialoils#youngliving#fall#abundance#myoilyday#naturalfamily#wholeness#ditchandswitch#lovelylittlesquares
Worrying does not take away tomorrow's troubles - it takes away today's peace. ✨I've used essential oils intentionally to alleviate worry and bring more inner calm & peace! 😌💞Here are three oils of note. . 🌱Cypress: Diffuse several drops, noticing the motions and flow of your breath. Remember that things work themselves out and that life continues on. Say "I flow easily with the changes of life" out loud. . 🌱Melaleuca: Rub a drop between your wrists and inhale. Release any unhealthy expectations you have of others. Say "I easily let go of attachments" out loud. . 🌱Sandalwood: Rub a drop on your temples during prayer and meditation. Surrender to higher guidance and focus on the direction you want to go. Say "I am really good at visualizing what I DO want for my life" out loud. . Which oils have helped you most to overcome worry? Post a comment!🦋 . DM me with any questions and to get started with essential oils. . All oil suggestions are from the book Advanced Oil Magic.
😮 I was shocked, but pleased, when my son requested an Asian Chicken Salad last night. Our store was out of fresh ginger to make the dressing. No problem! I used my therapeutic grade ginger essential oil to add not just yummy flavor, but concentrated digestive support! BTW, he ate all his dinner (and is in excellent health!) 🙌
Drops... these 3 drops are a must have in our house! . . . The OnGuard drops are used when we have itchy, scratchy, sore throats or sinus drainage. Within a day, the discomfort is gone! . . . The Breathe drops are great for any respiratory discomfort. Chest pressure, sinus pressure, coughing, and sneezing, this drop can help! . . . The Ginger drops are for all things digestive. They really help us with nausea/upset tummy. . . . What I like most about these drops?!? They are made with organic ingredients, essential oils and have zero food coloring. I know they work and are safer for my family than those traditional drops you might find at a pharmacy. Are you ready to start reducing toxins you put in your body? DM me and let’s talk!! . . . #doterra#doterralife#doterramom#doterrafamily#naturalhealth#naturalfamily#toxinfreeliving#toxinfree
Today’s #invitationtoplay is vegetable and fruit stamping 🍐🍋🥔🥕 we are using the ends of pieces of food items we will use in our lunch and dinner. One paint is made from dairy free yogurt with a little food colouring and the other with blended raspberries with flour to thicken it up! Freddie is having so much fun and has been stamping away for well over an hour now 😂👏🏼 He says thanks for the idea Uncle Benny @lifeofcrawf ❤️
We’ve been getting monthly wellness boxes from Young Living for 5 years now! That is F I V E years of my sweet family using plant-based, toxic free products!! 🙌🏼 Now that we have Austyn, it matters to me more than ever that I’m creating a safe environment that won’t contribute to allergies, headaches, and infertility to name a few. 📦 Don’t think we made a complete life style change in one day, but gradually over the years we ditched a toxic product and traded it for a safer one. Young Living makes this ridiculously easy! 🙏🏼 I truly believe these little changes add up and make a huge difference!! ✨ If you are ready to make a change, but don’t have a clue where to start I’m your girl! 😘 I also have a text class all about oils for anyone that wants more info!! 🤗
These are a few of my favorite things. Actually favorite fruit. Loving eating freestone peaches. My favorite grapes are those cotton candy grapes and concord and moscato grapes. I can eat mandarin oranges all day. Considering I love the smell of oranges. Reminds me of bright sunny days. When I was doing my special diet, I reacted to apples so I ate pears and created pearsauce and ate more pears. I like Bosc and Bartlett’s. Love fruit salads but making it takes longer than eating it. Lol. What’s your favorite fruit? #livingthenaturallife
