The trick to making this meal healthy and low calorie is recreating it with healthier alternatives… 🍞 INGREDIENTS: 2 slices of Helga’s wholemeal bread = 198 cals, 2 eggs = 143 cals 👩🏻‍🍳 HOW: soak bread in whisked eggs, then add to fry-pan or sandwich press until golden. The next part is possibly the most important: choose your toppings wisely! ✔️ SUGGESTED TOPPINGS: @macr0mike PB = 46 cals per serving, agave = 15 cals per tbsp, handful of berries sautéed in water = 14 cals. 🚫 AVOID: white bread & thick-cut slices. Add water to the pan instead of oil. Instead of adding ice cream, add greek yoghurt. Avoid excess sugar and going overboard with maple syrup.
