We think about all the SACRIFICES we have to make. We feel like we HAVE to be restricted of all foods that we hear - see - think is “BAD”. So then we fall down the path of “what’s off track” of our “diet”. Let change those words. FORGET “on track” & “off track” View choices you make not because you HAVE to but because you WANT to. Let go of the NEGATIVE mindset and focus more on the POSITIVE. - You’re not TRAPPED in a diet. You’re nourishing your body. 🌱 - You’re IMPROVING your health inside & out. The first time I haven’t had a sinus infection in years. Throughout the years I have shed many many tears on the way home from appointments. But today was the first time they were happy ones💘 It’s hard to put into words, let alone an Instagram caption, how amazing this news was. But, God is good and I have so much to be thankful for this holiday season.

Energy flows When We Relax (Part 2) . 4. Feeling energy is a sign of bringing presence and awareness into the body. The world is primarily perceived through the outer senses. Thus, we focus on the outer world and it takes effort to reverse this habit. Taoist meditations teach one to turn the awareness inward and awaken the inner senses. . 5. The spine is a major conductor of electrical energy in the body. It is a super highway of information traveling the length of the torso. Keeping the spine and vertebrae loose through Taoist yoga and chi kung allows one to feel energy with an inner awareness. If we can feel the energy of the spine, we can start to tune into the energies that connect to the spine; the energy of organs, glands, and the bones. . 6. Movement practices, like stretching, chi kung, and tai chi allow us to practice maintaining an awareness of our center of gravity. Focusing internally while moving externally helps us find balance with the world. If we can do this during a moving meditation, we can maintain a centered feeling in everyday activities. .
