GRIFFITH OBSERVATORY is one of my very favorite spots in LA. It isn't a mere tourist attraction with stunning views of Los Angeles but a combination of art and science with long history. The Observatory always represented Old Hollywood for me. Since it's opening in 1935, numerous movies had been filmed here. Remember "The Terminator", "Back to the future" 1 & 2, "The Rockefeller", "Charlie's Angeles", "Love and Mercy", "Transformers", my favorite "La La Land"? This is just a few movies with a scene shot in Griffith. The Griffith observatory is my favorite place to view the stars, planets, learn about planets and our solar system, and watch incredible sunset over the entire city. This is one of a few places in LA where I keep discovering more and more with each visit. . 🌟 Best time to arrive is an hour before sunset, ideally on a week day. . 🌟 Parking is tough on the weekend, but free shuttle service from lower parking lot is available. . 🌟 Admission to the grounds, telescopes and exhibitions is always free. . 🌟 The tickets to the phenomenal shows at the planetarium are only $5-7. Must see. . 🌟 The Observatory holds free special educational events on a weekly basis. . 📸 @svetlana.alekseeva.makeup 🙏🏻
Hello Friends 👋🏼⠀ ⠀ So today I am working on a Library system project in Java. So far I found it to be really interesting, because Java being an object-oriented programming language stands for recreating real-life objects, and yet...it is quite different than what I have been used to working in Python. ⠀ ⠀ Yes...it has been a challenge in the beginning adjusting to its sintax, and now I am beginning to wonder which programming language I love the most...⠀ ⠀ Python...because it is pretty badass when it comes to creating Machine Learning algorithms? Or Java...because of its speed and versatility? I must say the choice is pretty tough..and for now it is a tie 😁⠀ ⠀ What is your favorite programming language?
