So I dont think It has caffeine but its replaced with more electrolytes and healthy natural ingredients from watermelons👍 . Got tight lats? 🧐 _ Before I go on, if you haven’t listened to Episode 004 of the Find You Fitness Podcast, stop what you’re doing right now, and go and listen! The link is in my bio 😊 _ Soooo, tight lats can contribute to a rounded posture & poor shoulder mechanics, among other things 😬. This is a great test to assess if your lats are tight, as it will be pretty apparent if they are or are not.  _ Simply find a wall & sit flush with that wall. Grab a PVC Pipe at shoulder width with your palms facing upwards & reach with locked out elbows as far as you can. If you cannot comfortably reach & hold against the PVC Pipe against the wall, you likely have some lat tightness! _ If you are an overhead athlete or weightlifter & you neglect your mobility problems, then you are not reaching your maximum potential. Period. This may be the boring stuff, but it’s incredibly important for your health (and performance) in the long run. _ Super 🔑 to make sure your back/head does NOT come off of the wall.
