Slow progress is better than no progress🙌 . Focused on healthy eating habits vs quick weight loss 👏 . I’m happy with my OMAD and fasting results so far. Fasting has helped me reset on several levels (carb cravings, sweets, binge cycle, unhealthy eating habits). . You don’t have to fast to lose weight, but fasting helps break bad habits and can serve as a reset. Fasting is also the quickest way to burn body fat and IMO . Omad makes my life easier. I don’t track or calorie count. I just make sure to eat enough protein when I eat. Since I’m still trying to lose some weight I’m staying away from keto treats. . My plan is to continue fasting at least 48 hrs weekly followed by OMAD the rest of the week. . How many of you follow OMAD? Have you ever tried one meal a day? Results? . I started making these last year in a whoopie pan and make them a few times a week now. The pan makes it super easy and they cook so quickly. It was a genius idea😂 on my part... I use shaved Parmesan for the crisps, you can use shredded too!!😉 • So many combinations and variations you can make too...I've done EBTB, Onion Salt, Sesame and of course now Pepperoni and Jalapeno just to name a few!? • Save it friends if you haven't already and you must try this...
