This Creamy Broccoli Soup is loaded with shredded chicken and veggies. Easy to make, so filling, healthy, and the perfect chicken soup recipe for those cozy winter nights. A comforting bowl that the whole family will enjoy. . . Ingredients  1 Large Sweet Onion diced 2 Large Carrots peeled and finely diced 2 Celery Stalks finely sliced 1 Bell Pepper chopped 2-3 Garlic Cloves pressed 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix 1 Lb Boneless skinless chicken breast 6 Cups Low sodium chicken broth 1 medium Head Broccoli broken into small florets 2 Cups Milk 2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Flour Sea salt and pepper to taste 2-3 Tbsp Fresh chopped parsley, to garnish Instructions Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, carrots, celery, bell pepper, garlic and sauté until it starts to soften about 5 minutes. Add the chicken together with broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, and simmer until chicken is cooked through. About 20-25 minutes Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk milk and gluten-free flour until well combined. Y de sabor NI HABLAR ✋🏻 pueden hacer 2 budincitos y cortar en barritas para picotear con amigas: compartir, SIEMPRE ❤️ 👉🏻para 2 budincitos (o 12 barritas chiquitas): -jugo de 1 limón chico -1 cucharada ralladura de limón -3 huevos @eggshons -1/2 taza harina de coco (les mostré por stories cómo hacerla casera con coco rallado) -2 cucharaditas de semillas de amapola -1 taza o pote de yogur de coco, usé el de @haulani_argentina de @loop_market -1 chorrito endulzante o 4 sobres aprox (chequeen el dulzor según preferencia) -1 cucharada sopera polvo de hornear 👉🏻integrar todo, verter en dos mini budineras (yo usé las wilton de @sprinklesmore ) pero sino pueden usar una budinera regular de silicona o hacer tipo torta con forma circular: lo que prefieran. Horno temp media, cocinar por 20 min aprox o hasta que solidifique bien la mezcla. Una vez a temperatura ambiente llevar a la heladera. Servir BIEN FRÍO y le pueden sumar extra topping de yogur de coco endulzado y decorarlo con ralladura de limón y semillas de amapola 🤘🏻. . . Qué tul?? Les gusto?? “You’ll never have abs your skin will never bounce back” I remember being over 300 pounds and seeing all these women with the most amazing abs on Instagram and wishing I could be them. I let everyones words hold me back because according to them I’d be left with a bunch of loose skin. Well, I stopped wishing, started working, ignored people and here I am 170 pounds lighter with a set of abs of my own! I’m in no way saying that loose skin won’t be a problem because truth is that genetics also play a huge roll in it. Some people have more elasticity in their skin. Cooked it in the crock pot for 3 hours on high. Once finished cooking I shredded the meat and let it soak up all the extra sauce and liquid. . . I cut a @cutdacarb wrap into 4 equal pieces. I filled the wrap with cheese and leftover shredded chicken. Rolled it up and then pan fried it on all sides in Kerrygold salted butter. Once finished I cut the taquitos in half. **no exercise, diet only and I lost most of the weight the first three months keto!**⁠ I’ll never forget seeing that pic on the left, all I wanted was a cute pic of me and my youngest, my husband took it sitting down and I blamed him for my “bad angle” but the truth was, every angle was bad when I was obese. I avoided pictures like the plague and did my best to keep my weight a secret. I didn’t want anyone to know I had let myself go. I was so ashamed and embarrassed and preoccupied with what others may think that I neglected to consider how I really felt. I was miserable in my own body. I used to leave my bathroom fan off while I showered so the steam would cover the mirrors, I couldn’t stand to even catch a glimpse of myself. It was truly awful to feel like that. And I haven’t forgotten. Keto has been the wind beneath my wings. I wish I could sit here and say it was so hard to change but it really wasn’t when I found keto way of eating. There’s a keto version of everything! Keto made it easy to stick to, cut my awful sugar cravings, decreased my hunger. People that don’t know what Keto is thinks it’s something I sell “sign me up” “how can I buy this”⁠ You don’t! You goto the store and buy some low carb groceries and get yourself into ketosis then watch the fat melt. It really angers me still hearing about Jillian Michaels and other keto nay-sayers.
