Throwing it back to a time with sunshine and when wall climbs felt easier😆 #throwbackthursday  I actually tried it this morning and my time was 21:43. It is a more advanced workout, but there are some modifications as always! Also just realized I left out the 15 rep move! It’s in my stories now! You can replace it with something or skip it.😬 💪tag a friend who likes a challenge!!! The first time I posted this it was actually to 50 Reps and back but I’m not quite back at the fitness level I was then so I didn’t want to kill over do it. If you want to try going all the way through and then reversing it back down through then definitely go for it! . *Do the amount of reps shown on the video for each move (it counts up by 5 each move) before you move on to the next move and you can time yourself if you want to try and improve next time! . . . . Sound on pleaseee because I took the time to voice over tips😂 I truly would love to do this each time but it adds a lot of time and I have about 3.5-4 hours total to myself to fit everything I need to do for work and otherwise in each day soo it gets nixed 😅 I hope they were somewhat helpful, I don’t cue core here (besides the plank because it’s constant engagement) but it’s 100% important to be working that in with your breath! 💪🏼 Allll Arms 💪🏼 —- 📬As requested.. today’s circuit focuses on triceps.. or the back of your arms. There are multiple ways to target your triceps.. these fun moves use bodyweight and dumbbells. Add them to your next #workout.. Modifications are included. . ——- ⏰You can do them for time or a reps. I like to use a higher rep range for triceps; 12-20 depending on the #exercise. ——. . 1️⃣Tricep pushups: place your hands next to your body below your shoulders and keep your elbows tucked in. To modify, lower your knees or do them on an elevated surface. 2️⃣Bear or table top alternating kickbacks. Your choice, lift your knees off of the ground for increased #core engagement or do these from table top position, with your knees on the ground,  for greater stability. 3️⃣Tricep press to extension: turn your palms in and keep your elbows close to your body. 4️⃣Spinx #tricep extensions. Keep your elbows tucked in, press your hands into the ground and straighten your arms. 5️⃣Isometric kickbacks: keep both arms extended and alternate flexing and extending your arm🔥. . —— 📲Full workouts are available on my app. There are #workouts for all #fitness levels and they’re easy to follow.
