The verdict of these muffins? Can't. Get. Enough. For those who don't love things that are too too sweet, but still wants to enjoy a treat, these are perfect! So simple; so delicious. 10/10 would recommend and make again!
Who says you can’t be healthy while at football tailgates?!?!!🏈 Decided to whip up some blueberry paleo muffins for tomorrow’s noon game! Whenever I’m out or at a tailgate I always try my best to eat the healthiest and most natural food items I can find. Stadium food is also mad expensive and sometimes not the healthiest option so definitely gonna load up tomorrow before the game starts!💁🏻♀️ I’m also planning on filming a how I stay healthy tailgate edition tomorrow for my YouTube channel sooo stay tuned for that! RECIPE: 2 ripe bananas 1.5 cups GF rolled oats 2 tbsp tahini Few cracks of pink salt 1 tsp baking powder Splash of vanilla 1 egg 1-2 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 lemon juice Blueberries . *Blend all EXCEPT blueberries* Bake for 20-25min at 350
Mi receta favorita cuando se me antoja pan!! Es súper saludable y la puedes hacer sin huevo si así deseas ;) Pan de plátano saludable. 4 plátanos 🍌 1 huevo 🥚 ( o un plátano 🍌 en su lugar) 1 cucharada de vainilla 4 sobresitos de stevia 1 cucharada de canela en polvo 1 cucharada de polvo para hornea 1 cucharada de bicarbonato 1/2 cucharada de sal 1 1/2 taza de harina integral 2 cucharada de mantequilla sin sal derretida Nueces picadas (opcional) 1. Engrasa el recipiente donde vas a hornear (ya sea para muffins o para panque) 2. Machaca los plátanos y agrégale el huevo (o un plátano más machacado), vainilla, stevia y canela. Revuelve. 3. En un bowl separado mezcla la harina, sal, bicarbonato y polvo para hornear. Revuelve 4. Agrega la mezcla de los plátanos en el bowl de la mezcla de la harina. Revuelve muy bien. 5. Agrega la mantequilla y las nueces 6. Hornea a 177 C (350 F) 35-45 min o hasta que la “prueba del tenedor” salga limpia 7. Retira del horno y déjalo enfriar por lo menos 10 min. Prueba del tenedor: insertar el tenedor al pan y si al sacarlo no está con harina en el quiere decir que ya está cocido. Si no es que le falta terminar de hornear. Asique preparé estos súper muffins. Utilice las frutas que se me estaban poniendo malas. Puedes reemplazarlas por las que tengas 😊. . Necesitas (6 muffins medianos): - 3/4 taza de avena - 2 huevos - 1/3 taza de bebida de almendras sin azúcar - 1/2 plátano/banana - 1 pera - 1 cda de polvo para hornear - stevia a gusto - 1 cdita de vainilla - 1 puñado de frutos rojos . Preparación: - licuar todo en la licuadora menos los frutos rojos. - colocar la mezcla en los moldes de muffins y agregarles los frutos rojos. - llevar a horno medio por 30'. . 📝 Información nutricional (1 muffin) - 90 kcal - 12,5 g carbohidratos (55%) - 4 g proteinas (17%) - 3 g grasas (28%) - 2 g fibra . 📋 Pacientes míos: pueden consumir 2 unidades en desayuno o merienda. . Scrumdiddly-muffins! 😋#regram @peanutbutterandposivity Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins 1 cup canned pumpkin 🎃 1/4 cup @barneybutter almond butter 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 cup almond milk 2 1/4 cup GF rolled oats 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen (I used the unflavored kind) 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp ginger 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Desired amount of chocolate chips 1. Add your oats to your blender or food processor and blend until it is a fine flour. 2. Add the rest of your ingredients (except chocolate chips) to your blender and blend on high speed until smooth consistency is reached. Stir in chocolate chips. 3. In a greased muffin tray, spoon batter evenly between tray. Makes twelve muffins equally. Top with more chocolate chips and bake at 400° for 20 min. **note these are called “Muffies” because they will be almost like muffin tops, if you want a larger muffin, divide batter between six individual muffins instead of 12. But I think these are a perfect size 🤗

Versiamo l’impasto nelle formine da muffin, prendiamo un pezzetto di fondente, infiliamolo al cento, e finiamo con altrettante piccole scaglie in superficie . These are low in sugar and can be made dairy free, they’re loaded with chocolate chips. 🤤Great for breakfast, afternoon or late night snack. * If you need these to be dairy free * use a milk substitute or apple sauce in place of the butter & skip the egg, and can use dairy free chocolate Chips. 🍪 . Here are my dEATS: 👇 Preheat oven to 350. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners, spray with cooking spray, in a bowl combined 1 cup #quaker uncooked oats + 1 cup almond milk or soy milk. Let those soak while you prepare rest of recipe. In a large bowl whisk together 1 large egg + 1/3 cup brown sugar until smooth & caramel color, add 1/4 cup unsalted butter + 2 tsp vanilla extract & whisk to combine, you will have small pieces of butter in the mixture (totally fine.) added 1 cup organic whole grain spelt flour to the oat milk mixture, but (you can use flour of choice) + 1 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. Next, mix together all ingredients until well combined but don’t over mix. Folded in 1 cup #nestledarkchocolatemorsels (you can use chocolate chips of choice), I stirred in the chips a bit. Next Distribute the batter evenly between muffin tins, about 2/3rds full. Bake 15-18 minutes. Let cool. . Note: you can freeze these for weeks or refrigerate a few days. They taste better warmed, so warm up about 20 seconds. Enjoy! 😉
