I really can’t. - And then it’s like I’m labeling one side as just a bunch of problems while the other people are just perfect. - It isn’t like that. I don’t want you to think that’s what I mean either. - Either way, those things I wrote will be more often attached to certain sides. It’s just the truth. - And the point of this was to get away from the calorie discussion so we can consider factors that make getting calorie right more likely. - And easier. - So hear we go: - I don’t have clients track VEGETABLES (necessarily) because it helps people eat less overall. - People who SLEEP 5-6 hours a night are tired, make poorer decisions and have 2-3 hours a day more to eat than others. - I don’t have the stats but WATER intake I would bet is highly related to having a healthier bodyweight. - Meal structure and COOKING from home. - Lost from most families today, this is a big one. If you prioritize this in your life somehow, you’ve got a serious disadvantage. Make time. Seriously. - MOVING more is a good thing. And I emphasize walking because it’s basically the vegetables of movement/exercise/training. 8000+ a day is a good place to shoot. The more the better. Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri! . . Ingredients(for pork)- . 2.5 lbs pork tenderloin 1 tbsp brown sugar (Truvia, 4g carbs) 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 cup chimichurri sauce(recipe below) . Ingredients(for chimmichurri sauce)- . 1 small shallot cut into wedges 3/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, stems removed 1 tbsp fresh oregano, stems removed 2 garlic cloves 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar(your choice of low carbs) Blend everything in a food processor, voila! . Instructions(for pork)- . In a bowl whisk together brown sugar(Truvia), salt, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Rub the tenderloin with the seasoning until evenly coated. . Cook the tenderloin- . *for Oven* Preheat oven to 400° Place rack in the middle.  Heat 1-2 tbsp olive oil in oven safe skillet (or cast iron skillet). Add tenderloin to the pan and cook until it is evenly browned on all sides (5-6 minutes). Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 more minutes, flipping the meat once halfway through.  Bake until the internal temperature reads 145° F. . *for Grill* Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.  Grill pork, turning occasionally with tongs, until charred and a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloinreads 145, about 20 minutes. (For larger tenderloins, bake in a 400º oven for 15 to 25 minutes more, until desired internal temperature is reached.) Transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for at least three minutes. .
