Honey Lime Rainbow Fruit Salad 🤩😋 🌈 🍓 🍯 ⠀ ❤ via @cookingclassy⠀ .⠀ My favorite fruit salad! Perfectly right and refreshing with a beautiful combination of colors. This is the perfect summer side dish for cookouts or holiday parties. You can switch of the fruits listed here for others you may have on hand.⠀ .⠀ Ingredients⠀ 1 lb fresh strawberries, chopped⠀ 1 lb chopped fresh pineapple,⠀ 12 oz fresh blueberries⠀ 12 oz red grapes, sliced into halves⠀ 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped⠀ 3 mandarin oranges*⠀ 2 bananas, sliced (optional)⠀ Honey Lime Dressing⠀ 1/4 cup honey⠀ 2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)⠀ 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice⠀ .⠀ Instructions⠀ Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl. ⠀ In a small mixing bowl, whisk together they honey, lime zest and lime juice. ⠀ Pour over fruit and toss to evenly coat, serve immediately**. Baked Vegan Mac and Cheese with Broccoli 😍🥦🧀 📸: @biancazapatka . (Makes 3 servings)  Ingredients Broccoli Pasta 9 oz macaroni elbows or (gluten-free) pasta of your choice (250g) 1 head of broccoli cut into 2 cups small florets Vegan Cheese Sauce 1 medium russet potato 4 oz, peeled and cubed 1 small carrot peeled and halved ⅔ cup raw cashews 100g 1 cup water or more as needed 1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil 1 onion chopped, or sub 2 tsp onion powder 3 cloves garlic minced, or sub 1 tsp garlic powder 4 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp mustard or 2 tsp white miso paste 1 tsp sea salt or to taste 2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar To Serve ½ cup dairy-free cheese shredded vegan parmesan cheese fresh herbs . Instructions Cook Pasta & Broccoli In a large pot of salted water cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, adding the broccoli florets to the pot in the last 2-3 minutes. Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C). Vegan Cheese Sauce Add the potatoes, carrots, cashews and 1 cups of water in a pot. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until soft enough to blend. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and a pinch of salt. Cook until tender and translucent, about 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Once the potatoes are done, carefully pour the whole mixture (+ carrots, cashews and cooking water) into a blender along with the sautéed onion, garlic, nutritional yeast, mustard, salt, and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, about 2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides. (Add more water to desired consistency as needed. Taste and adjust seasonings.) Pasta Bake Once the pasta is al dente, drain the cooking water. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet (which you used to cook the onion so you don't need to rinse it). Pour the vegan cheese sauce over the pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with dairy-free cheese or crumb topping as desired and bake for

• Tarta 🍰 de queso 🧀 y plátano 🍌 • . ▪️Ingredientes de la base: - Anacardos: 40 gr. - Dátiles: 30 gr. - Aceite de coco 🥥: 10 ml. - Cacao puro en polvo 🍫:5 gr. - Canela y stevia al gusto. . ▪️Ingredientes cuerpo: - Queso Burgos 🧀: 250 gr. - Leche 🥛: 250 ml. - Plátano muy maduro 🍌: 1 unidad. - Crema de cacahuete 🥜: 20 gr. - Laminas de gelatina: 4 unidades. - Stevia al gusto. . ▪️Ingredientes mermelada: - Frutos rojos 🍇🍓: 150 gr. - Láminas de gelatina: 2 unidades. - Zumo de limón 🍋: 8-10 gotitas. - Stevia al gusto. . •••••••••• PROCEDIMIENTO •••••••••• . 🔸Para la base: 1️⃣Ponemos en remojo los dátiles en agua 💦 caliente por 3-4 min. 2️⃣Una vez pasado el tiempo ponemos todos los ingredientes en la picadora y trituramos bien. 3️⃣Forramos el molde (use uno de 18cm)  con papel de horno y ponemos la mezcla extendiendo por toda la base. 4️⃣Llevamos a la nevera mientras preparamos el cuerpo. . 🔸Para el cuerpo: 1️⃣Hidratamos las gelatinas en agua fría 💦. 2️⃣Trituramos bien todos los ingredientes (pero solo ponemos la mitad de la leche 🥛 ) 3️⃣Usamos la otra mitad de la leche para calentarla y disolver las gelatinas una vez hidratadas.  4️⃣Las añadimos a la mezcla del queso y batimos bien. 5️⃣La ponemos en el molde y llevamos a la nevera por 2-3h. . 🔸Para la mermelada: 1️⃣Hidratamos las láminas de gelatina en agua fría. 2️⃣En un cazo (a fuego 🔥medio ) ponemos los frutos rojos, zumo de limón 🍋 y la stevia. Y vamos aplastando con un tenedor. 3️⃣Una vez listo añadimos las gelatinas y removemos bien. 4️⃣Pasamos la mezcla por un colador para retirar las pepitas de los frutos rojos. 5️⃣Sacamos la tarta y ponemos esta última capa. 6️⃣A la nevera por 2-3 h más (yo la dejé toda la noche) y por la mañana... a disfrutar 😋. . ▪️Kcal: 935 / Hc: 89 / G: 37 / P: 62 ▪️. . Jednak co najważniejsze i o czym niestety dużo osób zapomina ➡️ soki, nawet te 100% stanowią źródło cukrów prostych i sporych ilości kcal❗️ To, że nie mają dodatku cukru, nie znaczy, że nie mają go wcale.
