Vegan pasta with mushrooms and tomatoes by @foodpassionical 🍝 Looking for an easy and delicious meal? Try this pasta recipe! Recipe: (4 servings) 300g pasta, cook according to package directions. 100g cherry tomatoes, cut into half 180g mushrooms, sliced 3 clove garlic,minced 2 tbsp whole grain mustard 1 tbsp mix herbs 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp chilli flakes 5 tbsp or more water 1 tbsp of olive oil Salt and pepper for taste Fresh mints leaf for garnish ✔Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet and add in the garlic, sauté till fragrant. ✔Add in the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, then pour in the water and cook for 2 minutes. ✔Next add the tomato sauce, mix herbs, whole grain mustard and the chilli flakes. Cook a minute or two with low heat. ✔Drain the pastas and add into the skillet follow season with salt and pepper. ✔Finally stir to mix well and remove from the heat and serve hot. Happy Friday my little 🍊 (cuties - get it?!) 😂 Earlier this week I set a goal for myself to MOVE at least 4x a week and so far so good! I’ve done 3 workouts already this week and have one planned for tomorrow AM! I know for me if I don’t schedule my workouts like meetings I’m very likely to skip my sweat session to continue working. I’m a Capricorn through and through and I love the hustle and the grind and love to be successful and for me work literally never ends. There’s always something happening and I’m the only one who can do what I do but I’ve also realized that I can’t be my best self without getting in my workouts! I’m a better version of me (more productive, more creative, and just happier) when I sweat! What workouts have you been doing this week?! WHAT BETTER WAY TO END THE WEEK THAN WITH AB&J COOKIES?! 🍪🥳❤️ I’m literally obsessed with @spreadthelove new power butter. It’s so creamy without having to battle the jar to stir it before using it and it’s absolutely delicious ✨ • • I’m so into the chocolate + raspberry combo right now too 😩❤️ I will definitely be adding these to my Christmas Cookie Round Up this year ❄️🎁❤️ • • AB&J Cookies 🍪🍪🍪 3/4 cup @spreadthelove power butter 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1 tbsp @carringtonfarms ghee/coconut oil 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp coconut flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 @paschachocolate 70% dark chocolate bar, chopped 1/4 cup raspberries Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together power butter, coconut sugar, and coconut oil/ghee with a hand mixer. Add in egg and vanilla and mix again. Add coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda. Use a large spoon to combine. Fold in dark chocolate and raspberries. Scoop cookie dough on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes!

Taking this weekend to refill my cup, how bout you? 🤗 . Between grad school, work and health coach training.. It’s been a bit since I’ve sunk into some good fiction purely for the enjoyment of it. 📚 So tonight, I’ll be savoring every minute curled up with some Agatha Christie and vanilla peppermint tea 😌✨ P.S. if you’re a fan of murder mysteries I would highly recommend her work!! 🤓🕵🏽♂️
Glow up.... more like blow up 😂⠀ 6 weeks 👉🏼 38.5 weeks... wow what a difference 32 weeks can make!!!⠀ ⠀ Haha trying to find the humor in the fact that I feel HUGE! But if I was small that would be concerning! I’ve got a fully developed baby in this belly.... which I still can’t wrap my head around but I better soon cause this girl is coming in hot!⠀ ⠀ It cracks me up that I was “so small” for so long! Then this little girl was like HI HELLO HERE I AM MOM!!!⠀ ⠀ Every day I wake up thinking could today be the last day with this belly!? Will those little baby kicks soon be kicking around earth side!? What will she look like? How will her cry sound!? And I just get so excited inside!!!⠀ ⠀ This journey has been one I am SO THANKFUL I’ve been able to experience! It came with some challenges sure but overall pregnancy really was good to me!Let’s hope labor will be the same way! 🤞 ⠀ ⠀ It taught me to love my body deeply even when I don’t look my “best” or the most lean! Because let’s be real a lean body isn’t always the most healthy body anyways! ⠀ ⠀ It taught me to have patience because all things worth having take time! And for this child I’ve waited what feels like a lifetime so I just know she will be worth it! ⠀ ⠀ It’s taught me to enjoy the process and find learning moments in each and every day!⠀ ⠀ Wow it’s exciting/sad that this phase of life is coming to an end but the next chapter is going to be one of my favorites I think!!!!⠀ ⠀ I’m curious, what’s one thing you loved about pregnancy and one thing you didn’t love so much!?
