So it turns out overnight last week I started to like eggs 🤷🏼♀️ who knew that was a thing?! I’m stoked though, I’ve always wanted to like eggs 🙈 I made this frittata for my weeks lunches - I baked onions, peppers and new potato slices with a paprika/chilli seasoning. Then I added it to eggs beaten with feta and wilted spinach. I lined a pan with filo pastry, chucked the mixture in and cooked it for 25 mins!
Did my first ever La Bacial (facial for the back) treatment at @lasourcespa!
