𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐞𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞 Vegan + Gluten Free + Refined Sugar Free  Guaranteed to fix any chocolate craving! Really quick & easy recipe so get saving & try this weekend 💁🏼‍♀️ To make 5 large 🍪  INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup oat flour (ground gluten free oats) 1/2 cup cashew flour (ground cashew nuts)  1 cup 100% cocoa powder  1/2 cup maple syrup  4 Tablespoons melted coconut oil (1 extra for greasing tray) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder  1/4 sea salt  1/4 cup chocolate chips/ drops  Filling: 1/2 tub @nushfoods natural almond spreed or works with chilled coconut cream  3 Tablespoons maple syrup  3 Tablespoons cocoa powder  METHOD 1️⃣ Pre heat the oven to 170•c 2️⃣ Make the filling, then put the mixing bowl in the fridge once fully combined.  3️⃣ In a separate large bowl combine all the dry ingredients followed by the wet (melted coconut oil & maple syrup last). If the mix feels too dry & not fully combining then add a little extra of both.  4️⃣ Scoop a tablespoon of the mix & roll into a ball using your hands.  Then gently flatten to a cookie shape.  Place on a grease-proof baking tray & add a little bit of coconut oil on to ensure the mix won’t stick.  5️⃣ Place in oven to bake for approximately 10 minutes @ 170•c depending on your oven (some take quicker) just bake until they go a little golden & crisp on top, do not let burn. Crispy and cheesy potato wedges by @byanjushka  Recipe: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut potatoes into wedges. In a large bowl combine 2-3 tbsp oil (for about 6 large potatoes), spices (I used a potato spice mix made of salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili ), 1tsp smoked pepper powder and 2tbsp nutritional yeast for the cheesy flavor. Add potato and mix well. Place potato wedges onto baking sheets and bake for about 35 minutes (flipped half way) until golden and crispy! Leftover Gingerbread Bread 🍞☃️❄️ Topped with some vanilla yogurt which is always the perfect topping because then you get some protein in there 👌🏻 This bread didn’t last long at our house 😍 It is the perfect breakfast or dessert this time of year and I’ll probably continue to make it until March because I always drag holiday flavors out wayyyy late 😂 Wishing I had two warm slices of this today! Instead had a bar before heading to a full day of talks and activities at our conference! I’ll share more about it in my stories if you’re interested! Happy Fri-yay you guys! - - #recipe details two slices of leftover gingerbread recipe:  Preheat oven to 350F  Ingredients:  4 eggs  1 cup mashed cooked peeled sweet potato (I do this ahead of time)  1/2 cup coconut flour  1/2 cup maple syrup  1/4 cup coconut sugar  2 tbsp melted ghee or butter  Spices: 2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder  In a bowl, whisk your eggs, then add in everything else. Mix well together with a hand mixer. You’ll want to blend the sweet potato pieces in well.  Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add batter in. Bake for 50-55 mins (use a toothpick to see if it’s done) let cook before removing.  Icing:  1/3 cup coconut butter mixed with 1/3 cup maple syrup  Melt for 30 seconds, stir, and melt more if it’s not mixed together. 🤔Hmmm...making a batch of these today will definitely put me in the holiday mood! My Healthy-ish Salted Caramel Turtles are an absolute MUST this time of year - the perfect nostalgic treat without the unpronounceable ingredients😉 Here’s the recipe: ❄️ Healthyish Salted Caramel Turtles Makes 30 candies  Ingredients: 1 cup / 100g raw pecans 400g dark chocolate, 75% or higher (chose organic and fair-trade, if possible) 1/3 cup / 80ml cashew butter (raw or roasted) 1/3 cup / 80ml brown rice syrup 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract ½ tsp. flaky sea salt (I used Maldon), plus a little more for garnish  Directions: 1. Find a baking sheet or tray that will fit in your freezer, then line it with parchment paper.  2. In a medium sized bowl, stir together the cashew butter, rice syrup, vanilla and flaky salt until thoroughly combined. Taste (yum), and adjust the saltiness and vanilla levels to your liking.  3. Scoop a teaspoon of the caramel onto the lined baking sheet, using another spoon to help remove it – this stuff is sticky!  4. Press a whole pecan on one side of the caramel blob, allowing the nut to peek over the edge just a bit, then add two halves to the sides, peeking over the edge just a bit too. Repeat until you’ve used all the caramel. Place in the freezer for at least one hour.  5. Once the caramels have chilled, prepare the chocolate. Roughly chop the chocolate bar into small chunks and place it in a heatproof bowl. Place over a small pot of simmering water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has completely melted.  6. Remove the caramels from the freezer. One at a time, drop each caramel into the melted chocolate pecan side-down, flip and ensure that the top is entirely coated. Remove from the chocolate with a fork, and drag the bottom along the edge of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate. Place back on the lined baking sheet and sprinkle with a couple flakes of salt. Repeat until you’ve coated all the turtles in chocolate. Place them

easy dinner alert 🚨 chicken pesto zucchini pasta  here’s how i did it: cooked @eatbanza in a pot according to box directions while sautéing some yellow onion in avocado oil in another pan. then i added cubed chicken breast and chopped zucchini. cooked until chicken was done. drained pasta and added the chicken and veggies. stirred in a large scoop of vegan pesto and sprinkled red pepper flakes and sea salt done! happy friday 😊
