Matcha Protein Oatmeal 🍵 I am usually big fan of warming bowl of oats in the morning but today I have made this bowl of banana protein oats which was cold but suprisingly super comfy and delicious as well 🌱 Do you prefer warm or cold oats ? 👀✨ Btw this is the recipe for this quick bowl of protein oatmeal Ingredients:  1 cup of oats 1 tbsp of unflavoured protein powder I have used matcha protein from @wearesuperu  1 cup of plantbased mylk  2 tbsp of maple syrup  1 banana Toppings  1 banana 1/2 apple  1 tbsp PB Method :  Mix all ingredients in a bowl with mashed banana until creamy and add toppings 🍎🍌 Wish you great day lovelies !❤

hell yeah - it's 'bulking time' again 💣 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Das Sixpack ist trotz Massephase noch 'halbwegs' am Start & so soll es auch bleiben! In der diesjährigen Aufbauphase versuche ich so wenig wie möglich (ganz ist unmöglich) Fett anzusetzen. Hierbei setze ich auf ein Kalorienplus von ca 200-300kcal pro Tag. Sollte jedoch ein Tag mehr Kalorien mitsichbringen, aufgrund von Z.B. einem Weihnachtsmarkt oder ähnlich kalorienreichen Events, balanciere ich mit den Kalorien und fahre am nächsten Tag ein Kaloriendefizit. Denn für mich ist die Kalorien-Wochenbilanz entscheidend 👨‍🎓 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wie handhabt ihr das? ᏔᎻᏆᏟᎻ ᎾNᎬ ᎪᎡᎬ YᎾᏌ❓❓ —  I cant tell you how many people I speak to that tell me they’ve ruined their diet because they had 1 bad meal 🍔🍕🍪 .  Let be real guys. You’re not going to ruin your diet if you have a cookie 🍪or donut 🍩. Just like the way you’re not going to lose weight by eating a salad 🥗. It what you do consistently that matters.  Don’t ❌ try and be perfect on a diet. It’s not going to be sustainable. Its going to be short lived and may lead to binging on foods that you love that you eliminated.  When you know you can’t eat a certain food you will actually focus more and more on it and it will make you want it more.  Don’t only eat foods with little nutrition and high in calories as you may feel good short term but you’ll eventually feel like crap once it catches up with you.  Be realistic. Eat 80-90% of nutritious foods 🥦🥑🍳and 10-20% of your ‘fun’ 🍕🍩foods if you want it t be sustainable.  Focus on having a balanced diet ✅. This is a LIFESTYLE change…. . . Trust the timing of your life and trust your gut. My goals are forever changing. Even in the last couple months so much has changed. I’ve bulked, cut, intuitively ate, started coaching myself and now I’m back to tracking. All things I am happy with because at the time, they felt right and made me happy. Do whatever feels right and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise💫

𝙒𝙃𝙔 𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙍 𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙀𝙎 -  Ill start tomorrow, next week, next month, on the 1st of the year.. -  Ill start when I have this, when it feels right, when I can afford blank -  The funny thing is, ive said literally every single one of these -  Said I couldn’t start a business until the right time or I had a certain amount of money -  I couldn’t try and get a partner until I looked like superman -  Couldn’t start towards my fitness goals until I knew how to do it -  Ill wait until this date, sounds like a better date -  Duuude this is all complete bullshit lmao -  Complete excuses for us scared of the unknown, and honestly scared of the change in our lifestyle we will have to make  Most likely thinking  we don’t have the discipline for it -  There never is a right time -  The time is always now, because that later date will never come, that perfect timing, the perfect amount of finances, the perfect work/life balance -  It comes when you finally get fed up with all of the excuses, the pushing things back, the straight up lying to yourself and others -  When you say, you know what? Forget this.. I want these goals -  So write out exactly it is what you want, make a decision to go after it, or honestly, just forget about it because the stress you add and excuses you make about doing it one day is worse for you than just accepting where you are. -  I believe in you, I know you can get to your goals, ive seen people with much worst circumstances, including myself, get there. -  So lets do it! -  Drop a comment of a common excuse you make

⛷ P R E P. W O R K O U T  Part II of my ski preparation workout.  WORKOUT SESSION NO. II of IV So for now I focused on my lower body as its essential for skiing. All the exercises are made on a mat. Especially for injury prevention and to rock the slopes or the powder even stronger.  TRAINING:  Warm Up for about 20-30 min - I also like to do some yoga in the morning and then add the workout.  Every exercise 10-30 Reps / 3-6 Times  I like to do follow ups and then 30 sec to 1 min break and restart.  Cool Down  WHAT U NEED:  Space, Mat, fitness band, physio ball (as more inflation the ball has as easier the stability - my ball would need more inflation)  MOTIVATION:  Stay motivated through great music, share your workout with friends or simply keep your goal in mind. Buongiorno, fitfamily A quanto pare uno gnomo  natalizio  si è insinuato nella mia  cucina, ma non è venuto a mani vuote: mi ha portato un MUESLI alto atesino  PROTEICO @iltuomuesli assistendomi nella preparazione di questa ➡️➡️ MUESLI CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE  super speciale e golosa. Questo muesli ho potuto personalizzarlo rendendolo. Proteico e senza zuccheri, basta andare sul sito @iltuomuesli e scegliere gli ingredienti ❤️ Ora scappo al lavoro, anche oggi rest e niente 🏋️‍♂️ per poter recuperare alla grande! ❤️😍 . . . RICETTA 60 gr muesli @iltuomuesli 170 gr yogurt greco 10 gr fondente sciolto 50 secondi al microonde Acqua. 5 gr di fondente ridotto in granella.  Latte di mandorla senza zuccheri  Bagnare il muesli con il latte e formare una base compatta da inserire in un coppapasta in un piatto. Aggiungere yogurt greco, il fondente  e altro muesli e fondente in granella.
