This is Martin’s second class. He’s an executive director at a food pantry and last class he was doing shoulder squats with a sandbag. He said the average weight of a bag of rice is 40# and it’s great to help Martin move better. #successfulnotperfectandchallengednotoverwhelmed
When you’re exercising, you really want to stay focused on the task at hand. You want to learn to listen to your body; learn what it’s trying to tell you; learn what it’s trying to teach you. Except at my Dance Party Workouts... there you let your body move however it feels like moving in that moment. Here you get to feed off the incredible energy of the most amazing kids.
