Happy Sunday you beautiful bunch! So today has been the first day I’ve woke up & actually felt human ๐Ÿ˜‚ since I got back I’ve had the worst jet lag & head cold ๐Ÿ˜ถ plus getting back into the swing of work has meant I’ve been a busy wee bee so today I’ve wrote out my new training plan for December & I’m excited to finally get started ๐Ÿค— on that note I wanted to remind you all not to wait until the new year to start your new goals, you can actually accomplish a lot between now & then plus you’ll be more inclined to keep up with any new goals throughout January ๐Ÿ’œ
Hands up if you like routine ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿฝ‍โ™€๏ธ I’ve literally been so excited to get back into some sort of training routine. I swear giving your body a complete break does wonders. Also since I’ve been on hols I’ve put on 4lbs not a big deal as I fully enjoyed myself and wouldn’t change a thing. However there would have been a time this would have hugely affected me but that’s the one thing my fitness journey has taught me, how to love my body & truly feel happy & confident in my own skin all of the time at all stages. Remember weight is not the sole definition of our health, learn to “LOVE YOUR BODY”, it’s the only one you got, embrace it, take care of it & be proud of it, ALL of it ๐Ÿ’œ

Material: For a light colour I was expecting to be see through but it’s not ! The “move” sets are a bit thicker in than this range. Compressive on waist and underboobs (you don’t even need to wear a bra if you size down) . . Price: This set usually costs £68 but I just checked and @womensbest is actually still having a sale so you could get the set for £54 ?!? *link in bio* . . Overall: 10/10. I’ll be repeating it this week ๐Ÿ˜… .  EMOM - every minute on the minute. Complete first ex during a 1 minute timer. Leftover time = rest time. Start next ex on next minute! . 1๏ธโƒฃ elevated squat to RDL x 8 each (can do on floor if needed!) .  2๏ธโƒฃ hop to lunge x 8 per side . 3๏ธโƒฃ single arm squat to press (engage your core to stabilize your squat) x 8 per side .  4๏ธโƒฃ lateral raises x 15 .  5๏ธโƒฃ dead bugs x 30 (if these feel easy, you’re doing them wrong. keep your back glued to the floor) .  6๏ธโƒฃ 3 jump squats to burpee x 10 . ๐Ÿ” I did this 6 x through! I never had a personal trainer to help me. I learned how to weight lift by watching fitness/workout videos via YouTube/Instagram. It is a challenging thing to do by myself. I won’t say that weight lifting is easy because it isn’t one bit. It requires a lot of multi-tasking like holding your form, breathing, mind to muscle connection, checking the mirror for your posture, etc. I used to think that it didn’t look difficult to do, but seeing and doing are two different things. Nonetheless, I’ve been learning weight lifting because I know it can help with structure and muscle building. Back then like most ignorant people, I used to depend on cardio, thinking that it would be the most effective way to “get in shape”. It’s a common mistake that most people, if not everyone, have. However, it’s not something that you can’t learn from. . . . If you have any constructive criticism such as suggestions and or advice, please drop them down below or DM me.
