Big plate of savory veggie waffles on this gloomy Monday morning. One of my favorite recipes & an easy way to sneak in some veggies. Happy Monday friends ✨ • • 👉Savory veggie waffles: • 1 egg + 1 egg white • 3 Tbsp almond flour • 1-2 Tbsp grated parmesan or nutritional yeast • 1 extra-small zucchini, grated (squeeze out excess water with cheesecloth or paper towel) • 1 small carrot, grated • Few dashes hot sauce or sriracha (optional) • 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder • Pinch salt Combine everything & place in greased waffle iron, cook til browned & eggs are set.

Quella che rimane la mangio solitamente a merenda. Abbinate un pacchetto di crackers senza sale o, meglio, del pane integrale. . Per una persona:  Mezza palla di radicchio Un mazzetto di rucola 3 noci 50-100 g di feta greca 1 quarto di pera Olio evo Spezie a piacere 50-80 g di pane integrale . ➡️Sconsigliata l'aggiunta del sale! . ➡️Una piccola porzione di frutta fresca aggiunta alle insalate serve a renderle più colorate, sfiziose e fresche ed ha un minimo impatto sulle calorie/nutrienti del pasto. SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS  2 Chicken Breasts3 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil divided1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder1 Lime zested and juiced1 Red Onion finely chopped1 15.5 ounce can Black Beans drained and rinsed1 teaspoon Cumin1 teaspoon Oregano¼ cup Chopped Cilantro1 cup Grape Tomatoes quartered1 Jalapeño Pepper ribs and seeds removed, minced1 RomaineHeart1 Avocado peeled and pitted  INSTRUCTIONS  In a small bowl, combine ½ tablespoon olive oil, chili powder, lime zest, and a large pinch of salt.Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts, coating well on all sides.  In a large pan, over medium heat, warm 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.Once hot, add ¾ the red onion, and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.Add black beans, cumin, oregano, and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and set aside.Wipe the skillet clean.  Add an additional ½ tablespoon olive oil to the now clean skillet.Heat over medium heat.Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.Remove to a plate, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.  VINAIGRETTE:  Whisk together the lime juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil and half the cilantro.Season with salt and pepper, to taste.  PICO DE GALLO:  Toss together the tomatoes, jalapeno, remaining red onion and remaining cilantro.Season with salt and pepper, to taste.  Chop the romaine heart, thinly slice the avocado, and thinly slice the chicken breasts. Rainbow Fruit Salad With Honey Lime Dressing 🥗  Full recipe below, send it to a friend who’d love this!⁣ By: Robin Broadfoot, Tasty  Ingredients (for 4 servings) 1 lb fresh strawberry (455 g), quartered 4 kiwis, peeled and diced 2 mangoes, diced 2 bananas, sliced 12 oz fresh blurberry (340 g) 2 tablespoons honey 1 lime, juiced  Preparation Quarter the strawberries and place into a large bowl. Dice the mango and place on top of the strawberries. Peel and dice the kiwi. Add into the bowl. Slice bananas and place in the bowl. Add in the blueberries. In a small bowl mix honey and lime juice. Pour syrup over the fruit and mix. Mix well. Enjoy!

🌸Non potevo non provare a farli😍  Devo dire che questa farina d'avena gusto Pan di Stelle è stata uno dei migliori acquisti del mese di Novembre❤  Ingredienti: ✔ 90gr di farina d'avena. ✔ 70ml di albume. ✔ 1uovo. ✔ 4gr di lievito in polvere.  Ho amalgamato il tutto, ho leggermente unto dei pirottini di alluminio usa e getta con dell'olio d'oliva e ho spolverato con del cacao, prima di versare l'impasto. Con queste dosi ho ottenuto 3Muffins. Successivamente, ho cotto in forno a 200gradi per 15 min circa ( prova stecchino obbligatoria).
