Definitely gonna whip up a batch of these protein pumpkin pancakes as soon as I can! 👇🏻Recipe👇🏻 •1 Egg •2 Egg Whites •1 Scoop @drinkorgain Vanilla Protein Powder •1/4 C organic pumpkin purée •1tsp organic coconut oil •Cinnamon •Pumpkin Spice •1 Tbsp Almond Butter (optional) •1 Tbsp Walnuts (optional) •1 Tbsp Organic maple syrup (optional) ✨Combine eggs, whites, protein, and pumpkin until smooth. It’s time for dessert everyone 🥥  3-Ingredient COCONUT BLISS BALLS  So simple yet so good. All you need is: 👉🏼10 dates 👉🏼cup of nuts (e.g. cashews) 👉🏼2tbs cacao powder  First soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. (Receita👇🏻) "Papas" de millet (milho painço) que sabem a cerelac!!!! . Não são novidade por aqui, pelo que este post não passa de um mero lembrete. Faço papas de millet há muito tempo, adoro o seu sabor , faz- me lembrar cerelac, em especial quando lhes dou aroma a baunilha. . São ótimas para variar, para não ser sempre aveia ou quinoa, o millet é uma excelente alternativa. É um cereal isento de glúten, com 11g de proteína e 8,5 de fibras por 100g, rico em vitaminas e minerais, que tanto dá para receitas salgadas como sobremesas ou estas papas. No blogue têm muitas sugestões. . Quando faço estas papas cozo millet para 3 dias, guardo no frigorífico e de manhã tiro o necessário. É muito simples. . Começo por cozer 100g de millet em água (250ml). (Esta quantidade dá obrigatoriamente para 3 dias.) Divido em 3 e reservo no frigorífico.  De manhã junto a uma parte um pouco de leite vegetal bem quentinho, cerca de 100ml, adoço com 1 colher de sobremesa de agave, aromatizo com canela ou baunilha, e trituro com a varinha mágica. Se estiverem muito espessas, junto mais leite aos poucos.  No inverno o leite quente não é suficiente para as colocar quentinhas como sabem bem, por isso levo uns segundos ao microondas.  Acompanham fruta. Muita fruta!!!! Os kiwis, não só combinam lindamente, como são indispensáveis no meu pequeno almoço. Claro que quando há as maravilhosas framboesas da Quinta Santo Antão, são elas que ocupam lugar de destaque. . Não há quem experimente e não fique fã. Quase todas as pessoas associam o sabor á cerelac como já disse, no entanto já me disseram que faz lembrar leite de creme. Experimente e depois diga a sua opinião. .
