Halo guys! Kali ini kita mau kasih liat tutorial cara menghangatkan produk dada ayam siap saji @gainz2go_id nih! Check it out!! 1. . . . YES YES YES! It’s a new week! Finally time to continue with my advice you can use to figure out what to eat for optimal body composition and health 💚 The 2nd question you should ask yourself every time you put something in your mouth: * 2️⃣ Is this food high in nutrients? Eating refined, nutritionally poor foods can cause major metabolic damage and fat gain, but it also appears to cause depression and fatigue for two reasons: * - First, these foods tend to contain a lot of sugar that spike insulin, which leaves you feeling tired and sluggish. - Second, they activate a network in the brain that reduces motivation and slows energy production. * On the other hand, eating nutritionally dense foods will provide your body with the necessary building blocks to produce the numerous enzymes, chemical transmitters, hormones, and tissue necessary for health and leanness (both body and mind! 🤓) * This enables your metabolism to work optimally. You’ll be more insulin sensitive so that you can build muscle and recover from exercise quickly, but your body will also be able to handle carbohydrates when you eat them 💪🏼 * Finally, you’ll consume more antioxidants to flight inflammation and improve your body’s ability to metabolize and eliminate damaging compounds like BPA that are impossible to avoid completely😕 * So, The first step to choosing foods that are high in nutrients is to eat whole foods: meat, fish, eggs, whole-fat dairy, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and beans.
⭐️Little Update⭐️ . Had my 4 week check in with my coach last Wednesday and spoke about it briefly on my story! Basically I’m down about 3.5% body fat and feeling better than I have in a really long time! . For me personally it was/isn’t really about how much body fat I’m losing. My main focus was regaining my health back...because when you run your own business and help people every day achieve their goals, your own goals get put on the back burner. . 👏🏼 4 weeks of eating more food (and more nutrient dense foods) . 👏🏼 4 weeks of LOVING my training - which hasn’t happened in over a year. Only training 3 x a week and loving it. . 👏🏼 4 weeks of a better gut and not waking up in agony from digestive issues and bloating. . 👏🏼 4 weeks of feeling strong and feeling more like ME! . . Do I still have days where my stomach hates me for no apparent reason? Yup totally, maybe about 2 days out of 7. But we’re getting there and that’s all I can ask for 💃🏽 . . Thankful for my coach and @shreddedhp for having me week in and week out 💗 learning more than ever and with only 5 weeks until our Canada 🇨🇦 vacation I’m super pumped for what’s next 🥳

Honestly. The picture on the left was my nightstand more nights then I’d like to admit. Red wine and Netflix late nights because I convinced myself it was my treat after a long day. I needed alone time and to relax. I worked out and I ate clean so what’s the big deal. All it did was leave me miserable the entire next day. And after several nights like this I was irritable and unable to stay tight with nutrition. Wine/alcohol does just as much damage on your gut as food. And it actually ends up leading to raised cortisol levels and a body that takes up to 24 hours trying to detox it. It can’t work on burning fat while working on that! Sleep is so important on stress and cortisol levels. I’ve found some ways to kick the habit and get good sleep. Here are my tricks: HEADSPACE APP has been a lifesaver. It quiets my racing mind and I’m out in 15 minutes. I don’t turn the tv on and I use some magnesium oil spray before I hit the bed. Let me know some ways you’ve been able to help yourself fall asleep?👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
