Y’all. I am NOT perfect, and I am NOT a personal trainer. I am just a regular queen trying to look and feel her very best everyday. My form isn’t always the best (this is why I record myself for creates + critique) and I’m working on this every time. I love getting tips from other people, learning different techniques, finding great information on YouTube and Instagram, etc. BUT the one thing I know is right is my Herbalife Nutrition. MOTIVATION. People ask me all the time how I always have motivation and I’m here to say I really don’t. 🤷🏽♀️ Sometimes I have to really push myself to get in the gym just because I’m not feeling it. I know I’ll feel wayyyy better after leaving the gym but it’s the getting there that’s hard some times. • Some tips that I will give you though is: 1. Always have gym clothes in your car ( I do this so if I know I’m just not feeling it I can go straight to the gym and I won’t make the excuse “I’ll stop by the house and get clothes” and know I’m not coming back out) • if you’re planning on working out in the morning have your clothes laid out the night before and your phone across the room so you have to get up and turn it up and now your brain is up! • if you really have to reward yourself after. (My reward today is that I knew if I worked hard today in the gym I could get my bcaas so help with soreness) ☺️ Do what you have to do to get in their and then kill it. 💪🏽
