#bunnytober19 day 14: music // There's a lot that's off in this but not every day can be a success😅 Btw, who else plays/ has played the piano in the past? I used to play for most of my school time but now I don't really have time... And actually I don't even have space for a piano, I just have my old keyboard that I have to put on my couch table to play... When I get a bigger apartment someday, I'll definitely bring my piano from my parent's house though🎶
“In a world in which stylistic innovation is no longer possible, all that is left is to imitate dead styles... Contemporary or postmodernist art... will involve the necessary failure of art and the aesthetic, the failure of the new, the imprisonment in the past” - Frederic Jameson
Hey! I'm back! I honestly didn't expect to get burned out so quickly, but I guess that'll happen when the temperature is still in the 90s in October and you're having to work outside almost every day... but that's what inspired this drawing! All I could think about was nice, cool ice cream when I got home, so drew myself as a happy little popsicle! I sketched this one out on the correct day, before I crashed, hopefully now that the weather is chilling out a bit I'll be able to play catch up on Inktober, wish me luck!
Finished inking day 13 of inktober: ash. I kind of sidestepped that prompt and opted for the pre-ash stage- a fire. It was loads of fun taking this image from my mind to a finished piece. I didn't use references and I'm feeling excited by the progress in being able to create believable/stylized images without references. . . . Feeling excited to finish the challenge and find other projects to focus on (this has been a huge time commitment) but wow, it's been a learning experience! :D . . . #inktober#inktober2019#forest#eyes#campfire#widlerness#progress#learning#improvement#inkandpen#dippen#vsar1102
