Which one was the most successful?... The Commercial Group with Pre-Packaged Meals . Why? Likely the on-going mechanism of accountability to report to pick up the meals and speak to the facilitator. . Which one was the least successful?... The Practitioner!🤯 . Bottom line, have a plan of action that includes an on-going mechanism of accountability and prepared meals so that your nutrition is as easy as possible when it’s time to eat. Do you have a weekly routine you follow on Instagram? ❓ All of these tasks can be done daily or as often as you like but NO LESS than once a week!✔️ 1️⃣ I check my and my clients insights obsessively but every Friday I go through them with a fine-tooth comb and assess how our posting strategy is going... maybe I need to shift the scheduled times around, or switch up certain hashtags or tagged locations. 🧐 Of course, sometimes these changes have to be made on the fly once the information becomes available which is why I suggest checking as often as reasonably possible. I like @latermedia 's insights the most (hellooo, hashtag analytics! 😍) 2️⃣ This is the BEST way to stay up to date with what is happening in your field AND to feel inspired. 💫 I’ve turned on post notifications for my favourites like @jasminestar, @jennakutcher, and @sunnylenarduzzi so I don’t miss a thing. And if you’re one of the first to comment, they’re more likely to respond 😏 3️⃣ I like to go into relevant hashtags and find accounts that I can resonate with or feel inspired by! 🥰 Then, follow up with a DM (or voice note if you’re feeling brave / want to stand out). Sending a quick voice note is the best way to forge a genuine connection with a new Instagram friend 💌 4️⃣ What are your BIG monthly goals? Hit a certain engagement rate, follower count, amount of saves on a post? 📈 Whatever it is, now is the time to check in on the progress you’ve made and see if you’re on track. DAILY BOX TICKING Any notable goal requires a notable amount of time spent consistently working towards it. There are certain actions specific to a certain goal, that must happen in order to progress towards the desired endpoint. Having clearly defined, non-negotiable checkboxes that get 'ticked off' daily is a great way to continually ensure whats required is present consistently. Create guidelines that are feasible and clear cut. There is no point in setting a daily requirement or list of requirements that aren't viable for the required time frames. Define each checkbox well and make requirements clear so there is no room to 'bend the rules'. In the context of nutrition for fat loss, the 'checkboxes' you create for yourself might look something like this... 1. "400g of vegetables a day" 2. "300g of fruit a day" 3. "Ensure my 3 main feedings contain a bolus dose of a protein-dense ingredient". 4. "Limit my Calorific daily treat foods to 250 kcal" Please note the above was just an example that would fall in line with basic level fat loss. Create your own guidelines within feasibility, goals, and requirement constraints. It's the accumulation of 'daily box-ticking' that will yield returns over time! Routines. They are so important in my opinion, and I use them daily to keep organised. I have a routine for every part of the day. Morning - (wakeup, getting ready, school), day - (computer work, housework), afternoon - (homework, gardening, classes), evening - (dinner, cleanup, bedtime). They keep us on track, and the kids know what is expected of them too.
