MUSCLE UP GUIDE is live on YouTube! ✅💪🏼 Tried to keep it practical and unique. The common mistake calisthenics athletes do while trying to learn muscle up is choosing wrong exercises. _ As a beginner you should definitely start off with the basic exercises that are mainly going to develop you solid pulling strength that will be: Pull ups, chin ups, neutral grip pull ups, Box assisted pull ups on rings, australian pull ups, elevated australian pull ups along with the pushing exercises such as dips, push ups in all variations but mainly straight bar dips that will be a part of Muscle up. _ Once you meet a point that you are able to perform let's say 12-15 pull ups but still cannot find yourself even close to get over the bar what most commonly limit is lack of high pull up ability and explosiveness in pulling moves. _ Note that you should be able to pull yourself atleast to belly button height before reaching your first muscle up. Really often people focus on the muscle up strengthening exercises that are not going to be beneficial for improving height of your pull up. Example? Jumping dips, muscle up negatives, regular pull ups. _ How to improve your high pull ups? Simply include these into your workout routine, focus on low repetition amount (I would recommend 2 up to 5 maximum) in order to keep each rep clean and explosive. Overtime the progression should be reaching higher pull ups (let's say you start chest heigh and aim for waist height) then consider including additional weight. _ Want to know more about muscle up? MOVEMENT 💭 - One of the most important things for me in life is to MOVE, figuratively and literally. Moving in the sense that you keep evolving and developing, whether it be physically or mentally. Moving in the literal sense (working out) keeps me sane, de-stresses me, makes my mind go blank or lets me think more clearly. The literal moving stretches out to other aspects of my life and makes me move in a more figurative way. Moving physical & mental are intertwined and the one feeds the other, in my opinion. What’s your take on movement, or better yet; what moves you? 🤔 ————————————————— #move#movement#positivevibes#mindset#calisthenics#bodyweight#calisthenicsmovement#smile#movestrong

This I can help you to accomplish with our @Movement20XX program which is still on Christmas Sale for a little while. Let’s move.
I’d rather fail this clean than catch it like a rookie.. - - I have been feeling extremely confident in my technique, not just for 720 but for all dynamics. My goal is never to rush and catch a trick, but to train it and learn the air awareness and spin to be able to combo that trick with anything I want. Quality over quantity all day. - - @calisthenics_athletes @brutebars @athlete @houseofhighlights @worldstar @wave.tv @highlightswave #extremesports#720#calisthenics#westcoastwarriorz#dynamics#fail#clean#onlyclean#rubbaduckgang#rdg
